If I read your report correctly u are not allowed to cast rush on grissel.
Otherwise trollock is correct u should concentrate on either beasts or units. Choosing a theme will help you.

For my pairing grissel1 should handle all high armor matchups. I think u are able to piecetrade well with this list. Perhaps jackspams are still an issue cause jacks in general are way cheaper then our beasts.

I made alot of pgrissel lists on warroom. I think she is a good alternative to edoomy.
In my list I play an Axer and an Storm troll instead of an bomber.
I know u are not a big fan of the axer but in my opinion the possibility of the +2" threat helps alot in the psychological game.
Do you think this list is able to handle jackspam and the edoomy matchup?

I would suggest playing pborka in BoH. 2" deployment zone + takedown really helps.
Pborka in BoH really likes long riders cause for 20 points u get a fell caller for free. Fennblades are also nice with borka.
In my opinion fire eaters are not worth staying out of theme.
For beasts I would consider rök , axer , mountainking, bouncer as possible options.
Adding champions as a hard hitting unit helps to deal with jacks.

I think it's really hard to put this matchup into numbers. Haley2 has a hard time blitzing out a scenario win in SR17 like in SR16. This should be considered in your numbers. Which version of grissel2 are u playing.

I believe playing doomy in adr should help the cygnar matchup.
As an example u play
Edoomy in pod
Doomy - 2 ebdt - 2 mauler - mulg - axer Stone max + ua Free solos (shaman,whelps)
Adr 3 slag trolls 1 bouncer
Or even 4 slags.
Vs heavy metal u would be able to add 3-4 slags.

I really like our adr and I think it's even stronger then before. The downside in my opinion is that lists are so focused on being in theme that this limits our ADR options.
All 4 casters are really good in theme and perhaps adr helps to build them out of theme without feeling to loose too much.

For our new theme I think egrim is a really solid choice. In Germany their is a really good list around before theme which just got insane in theme. I would love to play the list but don't own 2 units of sluggers + second thumber crew.
Another idea would be egrissel converting from pod to kriel theme force.
Back to topic.
I am really interested in your battle report. I do not see alot of synergy in the list. For the list I posted it's probably better in pod and adding some other beasts and free solos. But I wanna test the war wagon in our store tournament.

I played flanzers gunny list a few times vs cryx. It's a really good cryx drop. You got explosivo for magic and alot of blasts and aoe s to clear infantry.

In my opinion the ww is a interesting piece. I think grim2/grissel1 in our new theme + ww is a good place to start.

The Axer helps in forcing the opponent to stay 2" back then without. He feels like lanyssa before theme was the way to go. In my experience we are not that good in tanking the alpha as we were in mk2. It really depends on play style and list if you want to play him.

Played them with egrim. Just deployed them and walked forward + dig in until they were able to shoot. Power 14 + mortality is really powerful. Outside of egrim I think they are hard to play.

I played alot of adr and would recommend just 1 pod list in your pairing. If you play the pod doomy2 list with double mauler double ebdt I would recommend 3 slags in adr to swap for 1 ebdt and 1 mauler. The other list should be out of theme to cover the other matchups and to maximize adr. Two pod lists are to similar and struggle vs the same lists.

Played the thumber crew with grim2 and it was quiet impressed by it. Power 16 + knock down or slam for 5 points is really nice. Perhaps you would see more of them if they were allowed in theme forces.
