One thing I particularly like about Brawlmachine is that it allows players to make use of the mishmash of models they accumulated pre-themes.
In such a small, solid format I can make use of my 6 man winter guard n 2 artillery pieces to actually play Winter Guard Kommand, or use my 2 Doom Reaver models to play Wolves of Winter.
Previously all these models were sitting unplayed because I didn't have the resources or time to build a full 50-75 point army around them.

Kodiaks are love, kodiaks are live. There's something so satisfying about getting the enemy warcaster with the combo smite and just yeeting them into a wall for the assassination.

A Rager certainly has a reason to exist in an S3 list, where she can basically take a shield guard for 10 points and give it respectable output. Wouldn't go overboard with them though.

Im toying with this WoW list: Vladimir Tzepesci, The Dark Champion - WJ: +27 - Kodiak - PC: 13 (Battlegroup Points Used: 13) - Destroyer - PC: 14 (Battlegroup Points Used: 14) Koldun Lord - PC: 4 Void Archon - PC: 8 Doom Reaver Swordsmen - Leader & 5 Grunts: 10 - Greylord Escort - PC: 3 Greylord Ternion - Leader & 2 Grunts: 0 SPECIALISTS Orsus the Chained - PC: 7 I like the list in general. Im not in love with the BG. Based on regular games, Im not a fan of the Destroyer but i can see its merit in BM. It will need more testing. The Specialists are awkward. B4 is a trade for the Ternion, in case i face things such Flames with Precursors and the like. Also, his dispel is nice to smash off arcane shield. Id like to get Ruin in there for Dispel but I cant really make it work so B4 will have to do. Beyond that...The Adjunct is ok i guess but the Void (and possibly B4) already have magic weapons so why still take the Adjunct? Also, i cant see a good sub for him. I was thinking Gorman1 for a -4 ARM swing (plus any buff B4 can dispel). Stryker1 is a thing and it helps Doomies hit above their weight class. Another idea was Alexia2. I think she can be real good but you'd have to sub the Void which i guess is ok if you dont fave much infantry maybe. Any thoughts on WoW in BM?

I'm seriously considering Legion of Steel.
Irusk2 - Juggernaut 13 - Destroyer 14
Iron Fang Pikemen (min) 9 Iron Fang Uhlans (min) 12
Iron Fang Kovnik 4 Sofia Skirova (free)
Sideboard: Black Dragons (min) 10 Greylord Adjunct 4
Gives me a decent number of no-KD tough bodies for durability, has good accuracy (MAT7 + Vet leader) and good damage (Battle Lust). Very much lacking in the shooting department, but a FFE Destroyer can do a job. Not sure if I like the Uhlans; might be better to have Black Dragons in the main list for more warm bodies. Would be tempting to have something like a Thamarite Archon to boost shooting.
It might turn out to be trash, but I'm always on the lookout for a way to use Legion of Steel! This feel promising enough to get me to start painting the Black Dragons again at least

Hey guys, I wanna try this list out but am looking for some input. especially in regards to the sideboard. Any input on this list's weaknesses would be awesome. conflictchamber.com/?c3200p_-1Pk_kVkZl386l67PgdKhador [Theme] Armored Korps [Sorscha 3] Kommandant Sorscha Kratikoff [+28] - Beast 09 [18] - Rager [10] Man-O-War Suppression Tanker [0(6)] Battle Mechaniks (min) [3] Man-O-War Demolition Corps (min) [8] Man-O-War Shocktroopers (min) [10] - Man-O-War Shocktrooper Officer [4] Armored korps is my favorite theme and I love man-o-war models (they're what made me pick khador in the first place) so getting to play a list that has this many of our lovely armored bois as possible makes me happy. I think beast 09 is going to be really good in brawl but obviously the price tag is a little high. The demo corps benefits from sorcha3 a lot due to her ability to hand out stationary. Overall I'm really happy with this but would love feedback. What are some weaknesses of this list? What models could I put in my sideboard to counteract that? Thanks in advance! I always end up using my mechanics as easy targets for Sorcha to freeze! Run them into the enemy and shoot one in the back! I froze 2 archons turn after turn doing that! haha.

I've been going back and forth on it, partly because I want to believe it's good. However, having played a few games with my WoW BM list, I'm not convinced that it has the volume of attacks you need. Min IFP are just 6 dudes and every casualty before you reach melee is a big drop-off in output...and this is not unlikely to happen...UNLESS I severely underrate what Sofia can face-tank. Doom Reavers also come in 6-man units but at the very least each model can take out multiple models with berserk, which is a big deal. I've already had a few situations where I lost a few Reavers on the approach but 2-3 Reavers still remove large chunks of the enemy lines. That few IFP won't manage that.

Murders single wound dudes and battlehroup models can't really chew through the kayazy fast enough. Usually.
And Battle Lusted Kayazy go chop chop.

I've already had a few situations where I lost a few Reavers on the approach but 2-3 Reavers still remove large chunks of the enemy lines. That few IFP won't manage that. Mixed results. I got my face pushed in by Denny1 Ghost fleet when I went IFP + Black Dragons because Venom and the Sludge cannon did them in. Poor positioning on my part, but the survivors did take out both his jacks before going down. The FFE destroyer couldn't chew through the Revenants fast enough after that. Won the rematch, though; Airburst got his Cannon, the FFE Destroyer popped the Arc Node thanks to a boost from Energiser. The rest was a pretty straight grind. I'm not going to get a chance to play it again for a while, so I can't comment on how the Uhlan version would fare. In my head 12 IFP seemed like a decent amount of models, and I'd be keen to see how 14 no-KD tough models fare when not facing continuous effects. I got good use from Precision Strike and Artifice of Deviation. I might consider swapping the Juggernaut for a Kodiak; utility might be better than hitting power if I've got Battle Lust available. Might just have been the matchup but the Juggernaut didn't achieve anything in either game.

Id be tempted to try this:
I think it's real bad that Strakhov 2 only has 22 WJP, just because of his two friends...such a waste...and it might be enough reason not to run him in BM because those 4ish extra points go a long way.
ARM 23 with Resolve and feat, that's real decent, especially with 12 dudes.
Its why I'd like to try Strakhov. Get your pikemen there and jam them in like no one else can.
They also go 13" with Quicken which is plenty far. Not sure if you need Uhlans.
I would have liked to try Black Dragons and not waste points on a Kovnik to get precision strike but those 22 WJP really hurt. I want to fit in Alexia2 badly...

They've added another Khador caster to the Ban list: apparently Zerkova2 is just too darn mighty!
I can kind of see the assassination angle, but that Outrider unit is over a third of your points for 5 large, fragile models with RAT6. This one feels really strange to me. Has anyone tried her in this way? Is it as format-breaking as they think?

She can just run them into range and pop. They are fragile, but there isn't a lot of screening either, nor will people be carpet bombing them to oblivion like they can do at 75 points.
