Interested in your list and results. I am not sure how you deliver more than 1 or 2 unit of doom reavers with her without clouds or other covering spell, but maybe that's enough. I have been flirting with picking up a second unit of Outriders for a year. We'll see...

I am not sure how you deliver more than 1 or 2 unit of doom reavers with her without clouds or other covering spell, but maybe that's enough. I have been flirting with picking up a second unit of Outriders for a year. We'll see... Didn't get a chance yet to run it but my thinking is 2 units of outriders and 2 units of doomies (and then whatever). That asks a hard question because it is very possible to use the 10 outriders to provide a great screen. The doomies simply run behind them. Then, after you MUDERATE things from 26 inches away the doomies are posed to be 6 inches behind the large based, concealment, arm 15 models. What they haven't killed (aka jacks) then gets murderated by 12 agry doomreavers. You would then add in jacks and other "stuff" to play end game champion. You could, if you wished, add in bad santas who would run 12 and then put down the "no shooty'' on her feat to make it additionally hard to remove the doomreavers. Feels VERY strong into Grymkin as you will murderate all but the Pigs with the outriders. Plus a hoot to play. Next week...(and I MEAN it ;-)

Played the Old Witch2 in Wolves of Winter today, against Grymkin. My list Wolves of Winter Old Witch2 Juggernaut Grolar Fenris Koldun Lord Doom Reavers +CA Doom Reavers +CA Doom Reavers +CA Full outriders
Against Dark Menagerie Child Skin and Moan Skin and Moan Skin and Moan Rage Cager Rattler Gorehound 4 gremlin swarm Battle engine Krianna Rose The rest of the list was crabbits
Scenario was Spread the Net, I got first turn and by the gods is it great for scenario presence to have 3 units of advance deployement weapon master dude when your opponent doesn't have any shooting. Reconstruct went on the grolar thanks to the theme bonus, old witch boundless charged herself and the juggernaut to get as forward as possible. I won by scenario, the list has enough magic weapon to feel comforable against grymkin, something that is very problematic when playing all our other theme forces. Those damn gremlin swarm are just impossible to deal with for the majority of our theme forces. This means get used to playing Wolves of Winter in your pairing since you will need the magic weapons against any serious Cryx or Grymkin player. I did like how the list played, apparition on a unit of your choice is sweet.
