4th flying unit? Other than the virtues? That is not an available slot in legion unless they're long ranged or multiwound or something.
Gotta fix the banshees and differentiate the raiders first.

New models ? Virtues. Our 4th flying unit... Eager to see if they make us shelve those chickens that made us shelves those raiders. For those of you who want to play Nyss, just play Retribution already. They have all the cool Nyss models now. Legion is for tentacles lovers only. HAHA "Legion is for tentacles lovers only" my new signature if you don't mind me using it!

I agree that we don't really need yet another flying unit. Especially since, as you hinted at, raiders have already been replaced by vulturs. The 2 slots I can see for a new unit: - multi-wound heavy infantry. I'm not a fan of the idea (fragile over-costed heavy infantry is meh imo) - unit with magic ability. This could help them find a slot outside of raiders/vulturs and banshee. Also this would make them available in Oracle, another difference from the other units, and this would help Oracles where we have few non-support unit choices HAHA "Legion is for tentacles lovers only" my new signature if you don't mind me using it! Feel free to do so

I would love to see magic-using heavy infantry, but I don't know how you would make that good.

I would love to see magic-using heavy infantry, but I don't know how you would make that good. exactly this. if they give us the first multi wound spd7 flying unit, I'm ready to bet they will make it cute rather than competitive... At this stage I can't figure out if that would be a problem for me

How about flying Ogrun with a big AOE magic fart? Miniature version of the Forsaken's magic fart.
Totally not drinking or anything.

Bethayne, Pride of Everblight – Legion Warlock (metal/resin) PIP 73116 MSRP: $29.99 The Legion of Everblight has evolved in response to the infernal invasion and the Archons sent to defend humanity. The draconic master of the Nyss has been experimenting with the limits of their minds, bodies, and souls—Everblight has achieved what he considers to be the perfect evolution of the Nyss form, and it all began with the warlock Bethayne. Bethayne’s flesh was the clay of Everblight’s great work. She has been pulled apart and reconstructed more times than she can recall. Her suffering gave way to the creation of a new race born utterly subjugated to the will of the dragon as well as the creation of Archons of his own design. Bethayne is no longer recognizable as Nyss or as dragonspawn or any other race serving Everblight. She is truly unique, a piece of art that can never be re-created. Her flesh, her entire essence even, has been permanently fused with her warbeast Belphagor. To the soldiers of the Iron Kingdoms, she is a nightmarish monstrosity that wields blighted magic and breathes pure corruption. To Everblight, she is the living testament to his skill in the art of fleshcraft. TRADE POINTS: Bethayne is a new warlock for the Legion of Everblight unlike anything that HORDES has seen before. She is a fusion of warlock and warbeast in a single model, utilizing spells and a feat just like other warlocks but with the model properties of a warbeast. This monstrous new warlock brings powerful armor debuffs and defensive tools to any Legion army she leads, and she synergizes particularly well with models capable of causing corrosion effects. The upcoming Blight Archon and Legion Virtue models have powerful corrosion effects, so players will want to look at running these new models alongside this latest addition to the Legion’s warlock roster. Blight Archon – Legion Archon (metal/resin) PIP 73117 MSRP: $37.99 When the infernals invaded Caen, and the gods of man and wild sent their Archons to defend their mortal worshippers, Everblight watched with anger and disgust. He raged at the audacity of the gods to think they could create divine creatures with a skill greater than his own. He retched at the crude flesh work of the Infernals Masters and felt embarrassed for them in their pitiful goal of mere soul collection. With righteous anger, Everblight set about creating a new race to lead his Legion into battle against the imposters and his own Archons to stand defiant against the machinations of ancient cosmic powers. In this endeavor, Everblight succeeded. Blight Archons are the culmination of Everblight’s work: perfect creations that inspire his mortal soldiers, control his dragonspawn, and reduce his enemies to melted slag. TRADE POINTS: Unlike previous Archons, the Blight Archon is a Faction-specific model, usable only by the Legion of Eveblight. Also unlike other Archons, Blight Archons are lesser warlocks that can control warbeasts in a Legion army. Blight Archons can amplify the strengths of Legion blighted warrior models, push the warbeasts under their control to their limits, and protect the souls of those living models in the army that have them. This makes the Blight Archon a solid addition to any Legion army. For extra value, the Blight Archon synergizes very well with the upcoming Virtue models and Bethayne, Pride of Everblight. This is thanks to the Blight Archon’s powerful corrosion-based abilities, including the ability to make nearby models susceptible to corrosion damage regardless of their innate immunities.

For those of us who'd rather play a proxy than the official slurm queen (this is a 50mm model) I find it quite everblightesque. Might need to armor thoses boobs a little, a-la lylytth. Just need to replace those swords with tyranid claws. I'm sure I will find a good archon and probably some virtues in this range. I saw some really nice proxys for Craelyx or the Lylyth by the way.

I suppose everybody saw it on facebook but Hungerford said she will have: - health spirals d'uh - spell list of a crucible guard deneghra (so I suppose offensive debuffs ?) - a feat even Rask would respect. For those of you who never saw Rask on the table, he's a toad. So there is that, at least toads will respect her feat. Also means she's more of a snake than a slug ? not sure what else it could mean.
