I suppose everybody saw it on facebook but Hungerford said she will have: - health spirals d'uh - spell list of a crucible guard deneghra (so I suppose offensive debuffs ?) - a feat even Rask would respect. For those of you who never saw Rask on the table, he's a toad. So there is that, at least toads will respect her feat. Also means she's more of a snake than a slug ? not sure what else it could mean. I think it means that it circumvents aspects of his feat.

Given they said she brings defensive tools for her army I figure it means the feat will be a similar style to Rask.

could be that her feat males her ignore his feat (don't see how, and meh), that she has a defensive feat working the same way (interesting for legion) or, rask is also known for being Mr. +6 damage so her feat gives +6 arm (dumb). do you think one day we'll have a control warlock and feat ? or is this forever banned for Legion ?

Well, it has been many months, maybe PP has stopped shitting on Legion. Let's have a look The model, if anyone isn't on the facebook group: Huh, Bethayne looks not horrible. Doesn't really look like she's "fused with Belphagore", but ok. Oh, wait, I misunderstood: Also, if anyone missed it, here's Bethayne2: Firetrucking Christ on a cracker.

haha - yea... I'm not a fan of B2's look. Don't get me wrong, I think the art and sculpt are great for a warbeast or new model or etc. For B2, it doesn't look to have much of her features as opposed to the warbeast side. I was expecting something like Diablo 3's ... uh... Diablo. Huge, sinister but still have that feminine quality to it.
I get it. Everblight has no care about genders - I just don't care for the look of this model for B2. In a vacuum, the sculpt is baller.

B2 looks like one of Kingdom Death models, putting a face where no face should be.
I must congratulate the artist, he really rivals Giger in this.
Any guesses on the stats? Id say 30 HP, ARM 18 (it grew out of the old Belphagor armor, so no change), P+S 16(on the low heavy side)
The warlock that is a warbeast poses some interesting questions...
does it add to its Fury when boosting or buying attacks? Can Forsaken still take its Fury? Can Shepherds heal it? Blightbringers effects do not apply? Is it extra vulnerable to Alten and similar? Does it have an animus or it is counted within the spell list?
I guess we will see.
Sidenote, nice to see another lesser warlock in Legion. Still I would prefer a character Nephilim mother.

Sidenote, Beth2 should work well with Corrosion...
Basically the only model not in this turn of new ones that has Corrosion in Legion is scather crew. Maybe we see them on the table finally.

There's indication that Bethayne1 will get Deceleration.

Here are some updates we compiled. In addition, Angelius are 15 points and getting a couple bumps elsewhere Swordsmen get Blade Shield Abbot gets Prayers of some kind. Follow Blight Bringers on Facebook to stay up to date!

So if there's supposed to be 24 /Legacy/ models in the CID that gives us the following:
Warlocks Kryssa - 1 Bethayne - 2
Characters Zuriel - 3 Azrael - 4 Typhon - 5 Golab - 6
Warriors Anyssa - 7 Swordsmen - 8 Abbot -9
Beasts Angelius - 10 Some(2/3) Nephilim - 11/12
So unless I missed something, that still leaves 12 slots for buffs that range anywhere from points reductions to full reworks.
I hope Legionnaires end up on the rework spectrum. Would 2-3 wound, small-base, infantry with defensive strike and weapon master be too much? Probably. I'd also like to see Soldiers be a compelling choice. Either make them a cheap disposable glass cannon, or a an infantry synergy piece. Finally, I'd love an excuse to pick up an Archangel. It already has me in the looks department.
