I’m not even fully convinced need they will keep rapid healing. But I also Loath that rule and want nothing else with it. Yeah it pretty nasty when combined with Tough, played against Chosen a few weekends back, 'oh I pass my tough check and heal 3 damage, so back up to 4 boxes, and still arm 21...' FIRETRUCKKKK!!!!
At least Ravagers can't get as high armour.
Yeah, there's a few ways they can go about addressing the "hey, my dudes are dying to pow 10s like flies" problem and their route is rapid healing. They still die on average to boosted pow 10s, but it means that military rifles (pow 11) and pow 10 + blasts wont preform as well vs male Tharn anymore. I don't think Rapid healing is oppressive on them just because arm 15 means they're still going to die to the next hit on them (unless its like a weedy pow 10). But as long as this problem gets addressed in "some" form i don't really mind what that form is so i'm fine with rapid healing being replaced too

Are 2 clouds all that different? The wall also creates no go zones. There's a huge difference. Lots of things in the game ignore clouds. The only things that ignore forests are Birds Eye and Treewalker and a few rare spells that let you ignore LoS entirely. Clouds can also be cleared by E&L and various abilities.

It’s just a stupid rule, that makes the game more about dice than actual tactics. Unless you have lots of healing denial.

Except not really tharn are still only arm 15 base, so even with an arm buff, boostable guns still can kill them fairly often. I think this rule will help bring them up to a survivability against small arms (while also not being immune to them) but also keep them reasonable.

Also good stats still require you to position well and have good tactics 😁

This... rapid healing is going to keep them safe from blasts, not combined small arms fire, not charging regular melee swings. Which is in line of what heavy infantry should absorbe.

Or bringing back 10-14 of them with Morv2 in a single turn Or now going to be able to bring back med base with Morv1. I would say they will be in better than good shape. ...Testing to follow...

They are currently kind of good and are getting: -1pt discount -brutal charge -rapid healing
They are going to be awsome

A thought: What if instead of male tharn getting rapid healing they just get +2 arm to shooting? Call it "thick hide" or something.

Rapid healing is not +2 ARM, not even in the same league... That said, I don't think they'll get an ARM increase and I don't think they should.
IMO, they are territorial and something should reflect that. That's why I proposed a forest for the theme.
