IWhat list were you thinking about with him? I assume you want to fit the behemot in it?
Actually, I usually don't bring Behemoth when I'm taking Karchev since I want more boxes and metal bodies, and I can put down two really respectable heavies for the price of the Behemoth. My Karchev strategy usually involves heavy piece trading, and I don't want to piece trade Behemoth.
In theme, I've been spending more time pondering how to field Karchev with the stuff we've got, and not the new Forge Seers since who knows when they're going to be available. So, for free models, I've been thinking the Marksman and a pair of Manhunters. Since I have 8 points of free Manhunters in the list, I really can't help myself...I want Yuri for Treewalker. +2 DEF in forests and no LOS issues? Yes, please. My meta plays terrain heavy, so I'm definitely getting well placed forests to hide behind. Our store has two Wormwood players, so Yuri & Friends will be pure gold. Also, did you notice that Thresher attacks are exactly that -- attacks. Which means each one will be a RTW trigger?
This is my favored build at the moment...still untested. I'll post a bat rep once it sees playtime. The twin Kodiaks and solos take care of Pathfinder issues. I fit a Destroyer in for the 14" bombard - pure gold for solo removal and RTW. I admit the Devastator would be a good alternative but I want the ranged threat. If the Stones or Cassius leave a forest, I want them dead (and if they're in a forest, Yuri & Friends will get them dead). Marauders knock stuff down on feat turn for fully loaded Juggernauts to bat clean up. I generally find Karchev does well into Hordes because the piece trading almost always allows us to trade up, and Karchev's feat turn puts it into overdrive. Since the feat nerf, I've found I really like having Marauders in the list for knockdown as a feat turn MAT fixer.

**My alternate version of this drops a Marauder in order to upgrade a Juggernaut to a Destroyer, and fit in a unit of Widowmaker Scouts. It pains me to drop down to 7 warjacks, but 2 Destroyers and a full sniper boat is a pretty decent ranged game, so I'll likely try that out at some point.

Warriorofiron (can I call you Iron Man?), I think your list will struggle with terrain and infantry clearing. If you're willing to give up the mechanics, you can do this, which is my alternate build to try once the Forge Seer comes out. I don't think you're going to miss the 3rd Juggernaut. Will you miss the mechanics? Yes, probably, but something had to give in order to keep 8 jacks and still keep Big B in the list.
