Warriors and CA reduced by 1 point. Knights lose Vengeance and gain Wall of Steel. Riders lose Curse, gain a MAT, and pick up Vengeance. Tartarus down to 6 points. McThralls also drop 2 points and gain 1 DEF.
Theme Force, Dark Host, gives free CA/solo per 20 points of units, gives Banes Prowl, and places two 4" dense fog templates within 20" of your deployment.

(you get a cloud wall, you get a cloud wall, EVERYBODY GETS A CLOUD WALL!)

So my thoughts in the first 30 minutes.
Agathia is a trap. She gets Prowl, which is cool, but her feat and Ghost Walk are almost completely redundant in theme. Desecrators could be fun to add some focus-efficient infantry removal to an otherwise single-target oriented army. Wall of Steel + Wraith Engine = Really difficult to remove unit. Little sad that I can't take Darragh Wrathe, but oh well. I wonder how well this pairs with Ghost Fleet. With one being annoyingly recursive, incorporeal, and shooty. Then this one being stealthed, armored, and hitting like mini-nukes in melee.

Wow...that all sounds really too good to be true. Putting mechanithralls at 5/8 would have fixed all their issues for me and made them super cheap disposable bodies. I didn't need the extra defense, but I will take it.
Banes cheaper, sounds good! But I am not sure it will last with those other bonuses. The sauce at 6 points, about time.

I love the Mechanithrall change. You can take 90! You probably shouldn't, but you can! I look forward to inflicting that on someone and then promptly clocking out.

Color code your units. Take Agathia. Pop feat to ignore terrain on turn 1 (for a lot of them, I don't think you can fit 90 in her control area). Run a full 14 inches regardless of all threat ranges (faster on the clock and you probably don't care anyway). Maybe use a yard stick to move entire rows at the same time. Never attack (takes too long). Swarm the field until you either win by scenario, win by clock, or lose by having a colossal thrown at your head.
I do not consider this to be a good idea by any stretch of the imagination, but.... I still want to see someone do it.
