Bethayne is probably the best home for them, but Bethy is still a mess of conflicting list requirements that just leaves me really sad on the tabletop. If I owned more nephilim (why the hell would I do that?) I might try an infantry spam list in CotD with Bethy, but of course the stupidly limited nature of beasts in CotD makes it a silly idea. I'd still love to take a blightbringer (for a lovely 5" AoE with continuous corrosion via Blood Thorn) and lots of lessers, but again the crappy nature of CotD precludes that.

The hexhunters with Saeryn1 and Abby1 are very good. Plus shadowbinding Battle engines is game winning - in oracles the battle engines cannot stop and allow a hexhuner to live within 13.5" or it gets shadowbinded. Given you can hide them in cover, or behind other stuff its very doable. The control element of shadowbinding Jacks with other casters is also strong. They effectively loose power up if they have to shake shadowbind. Also a walking threat of 14" for power 13 Hex Bolts is respectable too.
Prowl, Def14 and careful positioning make them really annoying. Kiling/Keeping Bayal alive becomes the key.
