I mentioned Snipe because of this. You brought it up, not me.
I didn't assume anything.
Yes, and I said that being a single model with multiple shots is better since with a single Snipe I buff both shots on the Charger/Granadier, while with two units of Express Team I get to buff only one. Your statement doesn't seem to answer to the point I made.
I don't think you made one... Buffs behave differentely on multiple or single models...

Yes, and in the specific case of multiple models not in the same unit vs a single model with multiple attacks, the buff behave more efficiently on the single model, since 1 spell will buff more shots on it than on only one of the multiple models. It does seem to be a point in saying that the Charger has an advantage from this behaviour, what don't you agree with? That said, this discussion is getting quite old. Express Team got buffed since likely I was right in saying that they weren't worth their points as they were, so we are talking about an obsolete comparison now, since ET got Grevious Wounds to give them a niche over other shooting models.

True CId tends to pile on rules until people are satisfied... A boosted shot with thunderbolt/grievous is very uncommon... The pathfinder change was kinda cool, I'll give you that.
