Also Kaya3 has FoW and also trigger prowl, it helps quite a few Tharn... Wolfrider DEF 17 in melee and 19 ranged can be something to, at least, try out.

If you like the stealth wolf riders remember you can do the same thing using fog of war with Morvahna2 or Kaya3. Wolf rider champ becomes a must there though. Yes and no i would say. They can get stealth, BUT that severly limits where they can be on the table. Looking at where they were these ganes, i could not have accomplished that with FoW, especially with kayas 12" control

OK, so Kromac-time! I wasnt really inspired with him in Tharn, but then i listened to the Line of Sight Podcast Assassination special where they actually build a Kromac 1 list in DH. I immediately got more inspired and sort of copied the list. This is what i ended up with: Circle Army - 75 / 75 points [Theme] The Devourer's Host !!! Your army contains CID entries. [Kromac 1] Kromac the Ravenous [+26] - Ghetorix [19] - Loki [19] - Warpwolf Stalker [17] - Tharn Blood Shaman [5] Bloodweaver Night Witch [4] Tharn Wolf Rider Champion [0(7)] Tharn Wolf Rider Champion [0(7)] Shifting Stones [3] Tharn Blood Pack (max) [15] Tharn Bloodtrackers (max) [15] - Nuala the Huntress [4] The basic concept is that Tharn are pretty damned good, and i have an ARM buffed Ghetorix and a Wild Aggressioned Stalker that are both very solid pieces over all. the infantry are all good at triggering Warpath for extended threat ranges. The super secret tech is Loki who can be ported 8", then Warpath 3" and shoot 8" to drag in a caster. Path clearing can be done with the rest of the list and the Champions will kill most casters easily if they jump in to back arcs after such a pull. Also, Kromac himself can do serious work if he feats and jumps in to the back arc with Divine Inspiration on. I guess the plan is to threaten assassination while playing a standard attrition game. Who knows what will happen

Pureblood sounds really good as well, primal sub against buffs, great animus to pump kromac with and a good clearing tool.

Who knows what will happen I need to listen this podcast. What was the list they are discusting? In the pre themes, there was an assassination list with kromac1 with gheto, loki, pureblood and wyrds and some other things. Do you think that we can replace the wyrds and purebloods?

pobosThe list they disciss is very similar to mine. You can probably do a beast focused assassination list in cotw. I have used the shooty tharn to replace shooty beasts basically. jisidroWould you drop the stalker for a pureblood? I love the thought of having a pureblood, but i do NOT love the thought of not having a stalker

What about Mohsar He is a pretty great assassination Caster! Ambushing weavers, trackers with parry, and wolf riders are all excellent at getting to casters hiding in awkward places. Then you can just telbark and pew pew to death.

Wild agression+bezerk+war path move will shred loads of infantry and enable surprise assassinations. I also think that list needs the extra hitting power that the stalker offers.

I haven't played Loki enough to say the drag is usable enough outshine Ghetorix/Stalker so I'll leave him out of this.

Loki is defantely only really reliable if you being puppet master. Otherwise you’ll miss with that hook too often...

That or you run into too many matchups with immobile or sturdy blockers, shield guards galore, or no target worth the investment. When he works he's spectacular when he doesn't the 19 pts feels like too much.

I think i like both of those better than the pureblood, but i am skimping on magical weapons. I think ill switch a champion for a whitemane. That will help cover match ups, and will help turn on the bloodpack properly wihh RAT 7. Edit: im talking out of my ass here... I get the shaman and whitemane mixed together. Id have to switch the nightwitch for the shaman AND a champion for the whitemane.
