The cards publihed for CID are identical with exception of Focus/Fury Hmm very interesting I was not expecting that, I figured since they made a big deal about the fact it's technically OW2 and OW3 it would be different

Let us see how CID works out. May turn out the come different in the end. But from my perspective that is a very bad outcome as one model will suddenly have a very confusing instance of two somewhat different rulesets.

It looks OK to me. She has a multicastable speed boost, a dmg buffer and a very trollish spell in reconstruct. nothing worse than committing 2 heavies into a juggernaut and watching him popping again with 6 boxes. Also the anti range tech it's likable. Looks quite toolboxy. Feat is a bit disappointing but can live with that.

That is a tonne of boundless charges. I think she is going to make a decent support caster for the new faction, not so much Khador. I may be wrong and I look forward to our play tester trying her out. Keep in mind that OW2 (Khador) and OW3 (Grymkin) are two different casters with the same model. She will likely not have this same spell list and such for the Grymkin version. OW2 and OW3 are identical with the exceptions of a few words distinguishing between war beasts and war jacks and focus/fury

Not quite, doesn't the grymkin version trade future sight for returning d3 grunts to play?

Not quite, doesn't the grymkin version trade future sight for returning d3 grunts to play? Yeah. She gets that instead of Future Sight.

I don't know. She seems pretty interesting to me. I think she leans harder toward a larger battlegroup, but in the Winter Guard theme I think she would work well. I plan on trying her out soon to see how she plays.

Man I keep forgetting how we have Sac Pawn for all our casters. That is a freaking mazing.
She looks very cool. With some actual debuffs and unique abilities. I consider Future Sight a WAY better bargain then some 1d3 troopers.

Windstorm looks like it can synergize with Koldun Lords - one problem with the Koldun Lord bubble is that most ranged attacks outrange the CMD-radius bubble. A 14" radius (+120mm base) bubble of "ranged attacks -5 RNG" combined with 9" (+30mm base) bubbles of "thou shalt not make ranged attacks" sounds like things coming together.

IMO, should play like any other Scourge/KD caster, i.e. denny, Rhan, all of which are assassination enablers.
Her gun or scourge is enough to faciliate that strategy, both are just insane. Scourge + an armor debuff on her feat turn is just death.
Run her in theme so she can sac pawn to stay safe with jacks with multiple ROF and then rockets.
simply brutal.

I think she's a bit OP, not a lot. She's an A caster.

I think she's a bit OP, not a lot. She's an A caster. Eeeeeeh...B+ is more closer too it. OP casters are pretty clear right off the bat. Irusk 2 can do everything, at once, and doesn't have any real major flaws. I mean his flaws are infantry but thats pretty much it. Old Witch 2....Is good, and benifits by the Theme List just as much as she benefits not having it. But she doesn't have a killer app which makes all other casters run in fear. Shes very flexible so thats good, but not amazeballs at anything.
