Insider HERELots of content, will summarize when I get off work. Essentially a Dynamic Update regarding Assault, Cygnar, and OW2/3 (also the Mariner). Big thing is that Haley 2 feat now only affects d3+5 models in control. Note that this IS NOT LIVE YET. As per insider: " Please note that these changes are NOT yet live. When the Dynamic Update is finished and ready for posting, all of these changes will be made to the card database and War Room 2 at that time. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience." Please do keep things civil in discussion! We will be watching.

Finally. Just...finally.
Still wish she'd gone through CID, this seems like more of a nerf than was warranted, but I will damn well take it

5 Models on its own is quite good. You can use it to paralyze Unit leaders or more expensive warjacks, or Solos.
Its fine.

As a non-cygnar player, it feels a bit overboard a nerf. I know she still has one of the best spell lists and support models in the game, but a control feat that affects only a few models doesn't seem to really be 'controlling'. Would have preferred a reduction in range somehow (eg 10-14" to bring more in line with other control casters).

It is a necessary nerf and in no way too much. She was treated rather well IMO

I'm surely happy with everything presented here. Now to cry as I contemplate old H2 to the face at the WiTC this weekend.

The only problem I can imagine is, it is d3+5, not a static number.

The only problem I can imagine is, it is d3+5, not a static number. Think about it as "6 models and maybe up to two more if luck favors you", and it's pretty much fine. You are still able to block the most critical offenders (often the battlegroup, but also the caster himself or some powersolos in some cases). Also, now it's a pulse and not an aura, so you can feat and move back in some cases, making maybe Haley safer. Overall, is a significant nerf, but not a crippling one. I'm ok with it.

Well, I am not a fan for d3 models/resource effect all the time, especially for the expensive ability such as feat. Something like Feat: True Grit of MKII seems much better for me, although somewhat flawed, since at least you can control it.
Anyway, I don't like Haley2 all the times I don't want to play her, so it have no impact on me.
But how the change works? So she can stop the enemy jacks reliably but does nothing against hordes of infantries.... Well, Cygnar is always good at clear them in distance, though.

While the number is random, the guaranteed minimum is enough to where it can be planned around.
Its the same reason why High Reclaimer's feat got way better than it was in mk2. It's still random but the minimum is high enough to where it's got a good enough level of power.

Yeah, his feat's number become more predictable, though I still don't like of the concept of adding randomness to that....

The disturbing lack of salt says all - nerf seems pretty OK. Still very strong Feat tha can paralyze battlegroups and turn down infantry models, just not all.
