I figured as much. I guess it has a problem with old iPhones. Unfortunately that’s my only internet access right now.

I just went to the Privateer Press insider about the minicrate Legend of the Five Rings concept sketches and all I saw was a bunch of empty frames. I feel so trolled!

Beautiful work Sir! It’s amazing to see such a large number of models painted consistently.

Now Will Schick is leaving. Both of them without another job lined up.
If Pagani is who I’m thinking of, he had the nicest gaming store I’ve ever been in located in Houston. I was there before he was hired by Privateer Press and he looked to have space for the entire line along one wall. The sad part of that was that 90-95% of the hooks and shelf space for PP stuff was empty. I asked the store employee about that and he said that all of missing stuff was back ordered and they had no idea when they would be restocked.
Hopefully he still has the store.

It was a lot of DOOM, DOOM, DOOM. But most threads where unreleased or pre-CID models have a little bit of unfettered optimism smashed against the shoals of DOOM. I’m kinda used to it, since I read other faction’s forums. Except for CoC, their mechanics confuse me and I honestly think they are speaking a strange dialect I’ve never heard/seen before.

Apparently Will Pagani is leaving. I’m not sure how I feel about that. It did rattle shoe enough to write normally for a few posts. I found that entertaining. The thread is in the general discussion forum.

Lovely work. The long gunners are my favorite. I love the coat colors!

Well the patrol dog is a 2 point solo so I think in comparison the war dog attachment is fairly costed.

People are just too damn sensitive nowadays. I read it and saw nothing objectionable in the batrep, the responses on the other hand . . .

My flames of war stuff is on 12”x18” sheets of galvanized steel I bought at Home Depot/Lowes. I used sheet magnets on the the infantry and artillery bases and super glued small washers under the vehicles. There were these cheap rectangular magnets that I bought at the same big box store that I used under the vehicles. I only had one tank come loose (in four or five years of play) and that was because a friend trying to be helpful set it in between two magnets. It worked great and was pretty inexpensive. So my advice would be to go the easier route of magnets on the minis and the ferrous sheet. That way you don’t have to worry about polarity issues.

I knew there was another reason I never go to the PP forums, apparently my password is SO old I have to choose another one and the page is glitchy and won’t recognize my email. I’ve used the same email for 16 years so I don’t get it, why are they making it even harder to access their stuff. It’s probably why the PP game scene is dead around here. The local stores will special order models but they keep none in stock.

Thanks for that. I’ve been interested in seeing what the models look like and got frustrated with the PP pages. Not enough details for me.

Nicely done! The conversions are done so well it’s hard to tell what is your work and what is the original.

Michael, you’re just dealing with the knee jerk reactions right now. Give them time to let it percolate for a little bit.
