I did a simar thing into a Stryker2 list. You can shoot and set up for the next turn when they first as if you go in on their feat it's a bad time. If you have to give up some scenario so be it. Just try and get some shots at support or focus fire. I'm still not feeling the Blightbringer here. Surely more Ravagore would be better. More activations, more shots, gains less from feat...

why not an Archangel instead of the blightbringer? it doesn't shoot as far but better chance of way more shots, more mobility, accuracy, benefits from the feat just as much. Or do the blight auras play a more important role than I'm thinking?

Withering Ash helps Ravagores a ton in melee since it essentially brings them up to MAT7. The STR and ARM buff helps Abby herself both survive and threaten heavies on her own. Her claw attacks are PS18 on Feat turn when she can benefit from the BB buff. It's fun to trigger Alpha Hunter by going in on and killing a heavy with your caster.

I have forgotten, the entire time I've owned the Blightbringer, that the str aura applies to casters. I am so dumb. I now feel the need to do this. I always enjoyed dropping heavies with Thagrosh 2. I absolutely need to try and do it with Abby.

You have mentioned useful things but I still don't think it justifies the big guy...
Note: I have added Proteus to my list as I feel Grievous is good and he is a sort of Seraph for the 'Gores.

It greatly enhances her toughness as well. 15/16 with 18 boxes is already pretty decent for Legion Warlock standards but bringing that armor up to 18 goes a long way, especially if you can simultaneously get a DEF buff of some kind, from for example a Succubus cloud, cover from a trench etc.

I meant to get this up earlier, but itwas not in the cards for last night. Game 2 of 2 Abby2 v Sorscha1.
Here’s Game 2 v Sorscha1. I played the same list as above my opponent’s list was a pretty standard Sorscha gunline/Ocean’s build
Khador Army - 75 / 75 points
(Sorscha 1) Kommander Sorscha [+29] - Destroyer [14] - Destroyer [14] - Reinholdt, Gobber Speculator [4] Eiryss, Mage Hunter of Ios [7] Kell Bailloch [5] Kovnik Andrei Malakov [4] - Behemoth [25] Kovnik Jozef Grigorovich [4] Widowmaker Marksman [4] Widowmaker Scouts [8] Winter Guard Rifle Corps (min) [8] - Winter Guard Rocketeer (3) [6]
We played Recon on the same table that the last game was played on. So, two hills in the center a house to the one side forest, wall and acid pool on the other. I won the roll and chose to go first. He chose the side that I had played on in the previous game so the flag was comfortably tucked behind a house Deployment: Legion: Blightbringer was set up on the right side so that he would be able to go straight forward and not have to dodge either way to move around the objective. The Ravagores were set up behind the objective, to the left of the center. Abby is dead center, Bracer is on the closer Ravagore. Boltthrower flanking at the edge of Abby’s control on the left side with one of the forsaken, The other forsaken is right behind Blighty. Hex hunters deploy in a long line right up at the line. Khador: Sorscha is almost directly across from Blighty with a destroyer on each side and Reinholdt behind. The WG rocket corps, Joe and Malakov set up on the left flank. Behemoth is behind the forest. Eiryss and Kell advance deploy opposite the Ravagores and the widowmakers ready to shoot some Hex hunters.
Turn 1: Legion: Everybody runs up, the Forsaken start to fill up. Abby puts Return Fire up on all the big guns. The hex hunters advance about half the unit stays in Blighty’s Bubble for stealth. Khador: The jacks advance and lob some shots, 2-3 hex hunters get exploded. The Rifle corps run up towards the flag and get tough from Joe. Malakov hides out behind the forest. Sorscha moves up some with Wind Rush and camps 4. Widowmakers and Marksman shoot another 2 hex hunters dead. Kell moves up and plugs some damage onto the Bracer-ed Ravagore. Eiryss moves behind the objective and hangs out.
Turn 2: Legion: the ravagores move into the zone and lay scathers in front of the Rockets. The boltthrower kills a rocket. Blightbringer pops Eiryss with his shot. The hex hunters press forward, kill two widowmakers and one of them actually gets on Sorscha, but misses. Forsaken Clean up some fury. Abby puts out return fire again, and Repositions between Blighty and the objective. Khador: My opponent sees that there is a nice little line (read: huge gap) between Blighty and the objective for Behemoth, Sorscha, Kell and at least a few WG to see though and shoot the hell out of a frozen Abby. He spends about 15 minutes in the tank thinking about it making sure he allocates correctly. He activates Sorscha, casts wind rush to disengage with the lone Hex Hunter, I thought it was locked up at this point but I forgot that wind rush does not ignore free strikes. She promptly gets shadowbound. Sorscha is no longer able to get close enough to freeze Abby so she stops and camps 4. As the assassination sort of hinged on that, the rest of the turn is spent lobbing shots at the Ravagores and Boltthrower.
Turn 3: Legion: Sorscha is still shadowbound, I’m now considering an assassination run. My lead ravagore is within 14 of Sorscha to shoot her, but his mind is out, and I’ve still got a widowmaker keeping Bayal from charging into Sorscha. First things first, I activate Blighty, shoot his -2def ash cloud at a jack standing next to Sorscha, catching her in the bubble and reducing her def a net of -3. The blast gets boosted and deals 8 Damage, reduced to 3. I activate a forsaken next to blightbomb, but it fails to kill the offending widowmaker. I lay out some templates and we find that it’s actually the other hex hunter in the way, not the widowmaker, so I activate the hex hunters move the one out of the way and charge Sorscha with Bayal. The hex hunter that was already there misses, but Bayal connects with both swings dealing enough to leave Sorscha at 7 boxes. The other hex hunter kills the widowmaker he was engaged with. Abby activates next, pops feat and heals the damaged ravagore to bring mind back online. The now fully operational Ravagore aims, boosts, and drops that template right on Sorscha’s head, dealing enough damage to end the game.
Victory: Legion
Hex hunters were invaluable and Blighty Bubble is very important. I need to be much more careful with Abby against assassination style lists. Same as last time, even though I won I don't think the list was the correct drop. I would have preferred a much higher body count to deal with all of the stuff on his side.

I think its fine drop. But keep Abby behind BB and she is quite safe. No LOS=no freezing. I will try 4xRavagore+Seraph+Naga tonight. But I hope it won't be greet. I was fine with my 2 Ravagores models until I seen this list. I like balanced lists and BB+hex hunters version looks nice and I want to try it too. But next week. To lazy to cary garganutan with me all day One party of me say "don't play spam" boring army and looks bad, then I go to the FLGS and face 60 cephalyx drudges, gunbunnies up to points limit ect..

I want to live the dream of the opponent shooting my Ravagore with Rockets when Return Fire is up and there suddenly being 10 Scathers they need to deal with...
