I've had three games as old witch, 3 assassinations. Now i can see this getting harder to pull off as your opponent starts to recognize her ~25"-30" threat range. This also means your opponent will either play very defensively or hunt down scrappy. Both could be used to one's own advantage. This is the list i've been running.
War Room Army

The Old Witch of Khador - WJ: +18

- Destroyer - PC: 14
Widowmaker Marksman - PC: 0
Kayazy Eliminators - Leader & Grunt: 5
Kayazy Eliminators - Leader & Grunt: 5
Kayazy Assassins - Leader & 9 Grunts: 15
- Kayazy Assassin Underboss - PC: 4
THEME: Jaws of the Wolf
I've found that going first is very beneficial, allowing you to position very aggressively with the feat and the assassins. Combined with IF, stealth, duelist, and the feat there are not too many warrior models that can go toe to toe with the assassins or even get the charge and live. They make a great jamming unit.
The eliminators are an ever present threat across the board. The behemoth and destroyer punish the opponent for clumping up or not being aggressive enough. The juggernauts, well they do their beatstick job.
OW really feels like a jack of all trades utility caster. Can throw down a cloud, threat increase for our jacks, can disengage with apparition, can also charge through forests while also hiding behind them, keep infantry safe from blast/provide concealment, wipe out infantry personally or with feat, deny calvary charges, and most of all presents a huge threat range.
She has become one of my favorite casters. The one thing i could ask for is that the feats knockdown apply to jacks... Maybe. This could be way too imbalanced.
