Time to dojo lists for dark host.
I also noticed that egregore and death walker are treated as illegal for theme. Can I expect this to get fixed?
I dont have any full lists but I think the best core is
2x max riders 2x min warriors
2 free officers and free tartarus

2x min Bane Warriors + Free Officers and Tartarus seems like the standard for most lists so far. 2x max riders.... not so much. It doesn't seem bad, but it's certainly not a "core" of all lists.

So far, from the lists I've made at least, the only real "core" I can see is 1× max riders, 1 min bane warriors and free T-sauce. Everything else seems optional....

Because arm 22 bane knights is a thing... Still die to 1p effects but so do most infantry. Have a wall of knights protecting the rest...

So quick question - do those dense fog templates still roll to see if they go away, or do they stay on the table? These now stay on the field permanently. Makes for a nice "bunker" for your caster if you put one up against a building.

g3 -voc -canker -levi -scavenger -scavenger
-WE -BLT (free) -Wrathe -Necrotech -Machine Wraith -soul trapper
knights (max) warriors (max) -ua (free)
not sure i care about the WE yet. not sure i care about wrathe yet.
interested in what mercs will add.
and doesnt this make gaspy3 super tanky? arm 19 on the approach then arm 19 vs living? base def 15, can be 17.
i dont make use of his field marshal much outside of canker and scavengers, if they dont kill what they charge.
cloak of ash will give a unit stealth and def 14 vs melee

Apparently some guy just ran dark host at lnl and did super well with it.
Skarre1 Inflictor Stalker Stalker Skarlock We We Max knights Max warriors Ua Necrotech Scraps
Something like that...

Yeah he won 3 of his 4 games with it in the masters finals, including beating Banky's Ghost Fleet with it. He also happened to be the champion of the event.

Looks like a spin on the old Skarre1 + double WE list, which is fairly tried-and-true.
