I'm a bit suprised cryx drop ghost fleet into troll and besides against BoH, which have the tools to play against. They weren't playing skarre 1 in your meta ? (which is a real issue for troll and doomy 3 for my mind) And for me skarre is one of the best cryx caster. What would be your PoD grissel list ? WIth PoD, u will have for sure fewer attacks, why do you think it's better for the attrition game ? It's a real pleasure to share opinions with you, i learn a lot, it will be for sure useful for my future games

I think it's part of the issue with 2 list tournaments. Cryx want to run Denny as their armour cracker, because she's so good with Ghost Fleet.
You want the second list to do something different and cover weaknesses. While Skarre might be fine into Trolls it's still another squishy caster that cracks armour, so you're unlikely to see Skarre and Denny1 as a 2 list pairing.
I think Ryan's second list was Coven as he wanted something strong into guns. Tim Banky played Terminus Ghost Fleet in the 3 list so he would have a hard to Assassinate caster.

... Your opponents will forget about stealth removal on your stone as well. It's a great tool. Depending on the matchup I sometimes run it up to remove stealth on infantry though be aware you'll probably lose the armour aura in your turn and always ask your opponent about their RFP options before doing this. If your stone gets RFP'd when no unit member is within 3 inches to take up then it's gone forever! ... For the record, if the unit leader is RFPed it is gone forever regardless of if there are dudes within 3" or not. Granted that most RFP happens after you have the option to self sac, so the risk of getting RFPed is much greater if you have pals within 3, bit still

I don't think Grissel can play into Amon, I think I would drop Doomy3. Admonition can be used to counter Enliven and you have a turn where they can't really kill anything. It depends on what they lose and effective piece trading. I do like the storm troll for killing Choir members, Many Menoth players only have 1 min choir. If you can kill them their damage potential drops greatly.
Amon commonly is played in Theme, so there are 2 main and one minor problem: 1. Passage won't let the Storm Troll shoot on the Jacks. Ergo no arcs to the choir. 2. When there is no Passage on the Jacks. Also in theme the Choir has reposition and stays >4'' behind their chanted Jacks 3. Amon brings minimum two min Choirs
