Is this just wishlisting? Anyway, there hasn’t been a new thread on this sleepy forum for a few weeks
Anyway; the concept is, that’s, similar to battle engines and collossodons, every faction so or eventually get a structure.
Cryx: a sacrificial pit that casts spells and raises the dead.
Khador: winter guard artillery battery
Mercs: too varied
Crucible guard: a battlefield laboratory
Convergence: battlefield factory
Legion: a giant hell pit that drags enemies in
Trolls: some sort of shrine to dhunia. Or an ale house
Skorne: a forward command tower
Farrow: pig pen
Gators: voodoo hut
Grymkin: hard to say beyond something suitably spooky

Someone brought up the idea of Irusk3 as a structure warcaster, and that's something I'd love to see. Beyond that I think you've covered just about everything.
For Gators I'd like it if they got some sort of massive sacrifice shrine to Kossk, maybe something that can churn out both souls and corpses (and y'know, models that actually benefit from souls). A voodoo hut with a debuff gun and reinforcement: aquatic could also work.

The fluff talked about Vayl's experiments with massive spawning vessels.

Mercs would need about 4 to do well, but even then...
Sellswords would almost have to go Steelhead, which would be like an observation tower, command tent, or bunker.
For the Rhulics, I almost want to say a trench pit or bunker.
Cephaylyx would almost have to be an hole through which they summon reinforcements.
Pirates... Too hard to say unless you wanted to bring a ship part on the table, though a semi-portable mast as a lookout/observation tower would fit in theme.

For Cryx, please something that supplies us with corpses and souls and preferably generates its own. It could possibly respawn a (Thrall?) solo? Bit like a reverse Well of Orboros. While we're at it, please fix Cryx soul collection plox.

A structure irusk!!!! That would be insane, what like a field base or something?

A structure irusk!!!! That would be insane, what like a field base or something? Irusk decides the flag he was carrying in his epic incarnation was not big enough. The new Khador warcaster-structure is a giant Khadoran flag, taller than a Colossal. It's so big that there's enough room for a spiral staircase inside the flagpole, that emerges to a small platform on the top with one of those fixed binocular viewing stations mounted to the protective rail. Irusk is standing at the top, using it to peer over the battlefield.

the original idea I saw proposed was Irusk inside a massive tent. I think it could be really cool - have one side wide open with the flap/wall held up, Irusk standing inside next to a big table with a whole lot of maps, books, tools, whatever on it, maybe a couple of people. Give him an attached unit - or even a couple of solos, probably 3 dudes. I like the idea of a lot of his kit being tied to junior strategists that come with him, either all three give the same bonuses, or each one could be a named character that has 2-3 abilities tied to them, with the limitation that you can't stack these benefits on each other. this would also mean he wouldn't be utterly dependent on arc nodes to function at all. Reinforcement: everyone is a given, of course, and as I've said he could just be an infantry buffing monster. Alternatively he could have really powerful battle plans, and each junior strategist can choose to either extend his aura (i.e. if the junior is inside his aura, they also radiate a small aura, similar to the way the Willbreaker or Druid Wilder can extend control ranges), or radiate an aura of their own.

For Cryx, there is a lot of fluff to support necrofactorums (necrotech factories) whose purpose is to basically churn out thralls and bone jacks. I guess it could work like the Legion pot in collecting corpse tokens and reinforcing every round. Maybe have free stitch thralls that collect the corpses and transfer or extend the area in which it can collect.
As far as the Irusk 3 idea, as much as I would hate a stationary caster, I would love to see that. Very flavorful. Maybe some sort of command tower (I am not sure I would want to see a giant flag, the tent idea is more realistic, but a giant tower he is standing on with a telescope and a table with maps and tiny figures on it, would be awesome).

I'm having a hard time seeing a giant tent "with stuff inside" work as a miniature? I just don't think the insides will be easy to see: even if there's a massive opening at the front, I feel there's still going to be a rather narrow angle where you can see anything interesting. Unless you mean that he's standing at a table in front of the tent? Which makes more sense, but you still have the issue of whether to try to give the tent insides or not. Plus, "robust and overbuilt" is kind of Khador's thing, aesthetically speaking, so I think a stone or steel fortification of some form is just more fitting than a canvas tent. Which would let Irusk stand on top, which is kind of where you want him if it's his model (like Old Witch 2/3 on top of her house).

I was mostly talking about organizing how it would turn out and exploring the possibilities from there.
If we're talking about being fair, the Rhulics shouldn't get one as they are the only group to have a Battle Engine, while Cephalyx have nothing in the Huge Base department so should have priority.

I don't know, if they made the tent sufficiently massive and added enough detail to the backside I think it could work. It's not like there are any other models out there that sit inside a 120mm tent, so identification wouldn't be an issue.
