In the case of getting moved and such, what about a couple clams? then can't be pushed.

I'll try the list out this coming week and see how it does. Initially I am unconvinced. The conquest seems like a trap in the match-up to me. Overrun seems challenging to trigger through windwall and I am pretty sure 3 Angelius kill the Conquest. Also Grolars are not a great threat against Lylyth3. Being immune to knockdown and auto-miss from the guns. Then there's the Fyanna2 list it would have to play into.....bleurgh.... Hopefully this works out well though. I haven't played the list against Lylyth3 yet, but I've used it against Fyanna and it works, the list is a lot of armor for legion to deal with, especially Lylyth3 who doesn't have any arm cracking tools. 3 Angelius can kill the conquest but your conquest can have a 15 inches threat range in the list, so unless you play exactly in your opponent's hand he shouldn't get the 3 of them in the conquest on the same turn. Strakhov1 with that list is also very resistant to Lylyth's shooting, with the immunities and sac pawn. I'd need to play the match up, but when playing against legion people usually go for the armor cracking list and not the lylyth list when facing Strakhov. Lylyth also only has a 10'' control area, so her beasts might have a very good threat range, but she needs to be close for them to do work, this is good for you since a close Lylyth is a lylyth that can be killed by your jacks.

I'll put a few games in this week before I cast judgement. I'll report back after a few games. I think I should be able to get 3-4 in this week.

Playing into Haley2 is basically a multi-page topic all on its own.
You can't beat her at list selection. She has too many good tricks. If you tailor a list specifically to beat her it's not going to perform well into other Cygnar lists. So your opponent will just drop their other list into you. Just build a good Cygnar drop list and beat her on the table.
When considering your Cygnar list there are three accepted ways of playing into Haley 2.
1) Your list can survive for two turns against their list without doing any damage and still have enough punch left to win.
2) Your list has a way to get the alpha strike on their list, forcing out a defensive feat.
3) Your list has the ability to get a decent amount of work done on their feat turn. Either by shooting or out side of activation movement.

I'm not even sure I can think of a way to build a list specifically against Haley2... I'm curious if they will nerf her again since she is still clearly the dominant cygnar caster, even after the last nerf.

I'm curious if they will nerf her again since she is still clearly the dominant cygnar caster, even after the last nerf. Just play Butcher 3 with Orin. No timebomb, TK, Domination (unless she wants to blow her WHOLE wad). Impending doom and flashing blade for lots of fun under her feat. Bring Maddy and then she is really screwed if you can eat all the key jacks on the table. It isn't an "autowin" but he remains a great Haley killer. Also I think Malakov 2 will be strong as well. You have to weather out shooting Haley but Melee Haley isn 't in a good place at ALL. You can, for example, counter feat and now when he hits you you can move into back arc and then, on your turn, go to work on his stuff. Even shooting Haley better be careful as, again, you can move back or forward 6 inches (cause you had escort up, didn't you) to either get out of range (sad haley) or close to engage (additional sad haley). Quicken and last stand also make Stark2 a good drop. Haley is NOT excited to see Uhlans that threaten 15 inches across the table from her Stormwall... Finally, don't forget the Iron Wolf and the Cloud Wall. Haley can't shoot what her army can not see. He can go for the hard flank with, for example, the lances but that leaves the center open for you. Oh and Kodiaks. You can vent steam at any time and it aint' an action. AND, somehow, you can boost. So load em up, move into the Stormthings and cook some swans. They are tasty with butter. (PS. Yes, those that have followed things for a while know that beating Haley (and cygnar in general) is an obsession bordering on one that sent an explorer up the river in the Congo from which he never did return).

The problem is that once you get that specific it's going to start to suck into a ton of other match ups. Conquest is a good place to start your Haley 2 tech around.

I am looking at his card and his spell list and I have no real idea what to do with him (although I really like to put him on the table). Tac Supremacy and Sucker is an option for fielding MoW Shocktrooper and Escort and his Feat is for a large BG. But what about his battle plans?

Isn't escort only during normal movement, so that would mean no 6'' move on Malakov's feat? That's how I understand it. Also for Strakhov2, are you really going to use quicken to charge her stormwall? Because quicken means no last stand so at Pow 16 against his armor 22 you won't be doing much, and that's assuming you were able to keep all your ulhans alive against Cygnar's shooting.

I second B3. I won all my B3 vs H2 so far. She kills your heavies, B3 kills all her heavies and then there's nothing left to threaten him. Sure, H2 can somehow outplay this setup, but it means H2 player is the one disadvantaged, not you.
Didn't try M2 against Haley, but she can't disable his cloudwall and he negates her feat with his own feat. Also it's hard to assassinate him with shooting. He looks solid in that matchup theoretically.

She feats and shoots you a bit (what she can see through the at very minimum 8 inch cloud wall if you brought just 1 kodiak). You the counter feat. Now she faces old school enliven.....possibly abusing cloud walls again. After that you are probably playing at an advantage as she just is going to be hard pressed to get much work done under her feat. For battle plans in that matchup I am probably going to use reach things so I can more easily knock key target down and get into back arcs. Shock boat sounds good.

What does a malakov2 list even begin to look like? Shocktroopers and Kodiaks?

I might try him with Kayazy Assasins. He seems to provide them everything they want.

What does a malakov2 list even begin to look like? Shocktroopers and Kodiaks? For me, lots of jacks and high value solos like Drakhuns and Fenris. And Great Bears.
