I've always seen that as Khador's natural downside.
We don't do tricks, we throw bricks. It's why we don't have arc nodes, much in the way of magic attacks or spells and so on.
But yes, Magical attacks outside of an 8pt (you don't need Valachev for magic attacks, just for the kiss) unit would be really good.

Well, we have two Greylord units, a solo and two unit attachments (Valachev and the Doomreaver UA), also Doomreavers and Fenris. For warjacks we have Ruin. Is Malakov's sword magical? That's in addition to Kell, A&H, and of course the biggest beatstick of them all: Sylyss.
I mean, I think we have options.

I figure Arcane reinforcement is better than say Sigil of Power (ala Aiyanna) becasue even though it only affects Jacks, it affects all of them instead of just one. Nope it only affects one. There is a reason why I see it as sub par and mediocre. 5 points to empower and magic weapon ONE warjack. As a person whos not a big character jack fan thats disheartening.

Honestly Arcane Reinforcement sounds mediocre. Like its gonna be effectively a more expensive, but less effective version of Alan. Alan has 3 magical abilities and a Spray. This guy will have at least worse defensive stats, and be slower, and will loose one of the magical abilities in order to have the Ice spray. When you look at our shooting jacks, I disagree. Behemoth and Conquest now having Magical Weapons is a big deal when playing against Protectorate and Cryx. Plus, finally being able to shoot at Protectorate's jacks with our own is matchup changing.

Plus, finally being able to shoot at Protectorate's jacks with our own is matchup changing. As I mentioned above: Im not a super fan of the behemoth. It does bug me that its rewarding taking the Behemoth and Colossals alone instead of a balanced Jack army. Bleh

I don't really see how The forge seer rewards a single jack any more than anything else. Do Ret arcanist encourage taking Only Imperatus or a Helios? Does Arlan in Crygnar reward taking only a Stormwall or Thunderhead?

Im just annoyed that our support solo is going to be the most expensive and have the least amount of support stuff to do, and most likely be slowest, in exchange for some extra survivability, and offense that I wish it didn't have and instead just cheaper (Much like the Battle Mechanic Officer). Im betting 110 Bucks on 5 Point cost with a 10/16 With 8 Boxes and speed 4.

I seriously doubt that will happen; nothing about a guy in incredibly large and heavy armour says "move like the wind" to me. Plus, the potential for stacking with the MOW Kovnik and casters who can give Reposition might be a bit silly? Or not, I don't really have a sense for what's considered OP by PP right now.

Anyway, like I said, it's partly because it might be OP and partly because I just don't see it as fitting the MOW theme, but it just doesn't sound like something that would happen to me.

Yeah, I'm just hoping for an effect that either: A) Speeds them up (Zephyr) B) Makes them tougher (Iron Flesh and the like) C) Makes them hit harder and more accurately (Stationary to enemies, possible freezing grip?!)
