Got two more games in this week. Against the Legion Lylyth 1 list.
Changed the Kozlov list above dropped the forgeseer and Sylys added Full Mechaniks and a war dog.
First game I got assassinated made a poor decision, screened kozlov with mechanics instead of something tougher. He killed one and then had a lane to fire through and even with several focus he took me out.
Second game lost on scenario.
I'm having a lot of trouble with his 2 deathstalkers, he often advance deploys them on the side that my winterguard are on and just chews through them. I think I've only been able to get close to them once. Not sure if I should bring something in my list to deal with stealth or work harder at getting something in their face.
OK, here is your list:
When I do an army list I like to figure out who my warcaster is and build the army around him. Koslov is one of the new battlebox casters, so PP tried to make him a bit of an all-rounder, but they tweeked him towards melee to reflect him being more of a Khador caster. (I also see him as being more of a well-rounded version of Butcher1.)
Your list seems to have a lot of shooting in it, something that Kozlov doesn't really support too well. You've also thrown a lot of support in to compensate for this, but that takes mass out of your army. You're basic strategy seems to be to shoot your enemy off of the board. You don't have enough volume of fire to effectively do this, and your Legion opponent is taking advantage of your inability to deal with stealthy units and solos. I suggest that you balance out your army between ranged attacks and melee, and reduce the need for your support.
Since we're building around Koslov, let's take a look at him. His special rules do nothing for anyone else but him. His MAT 7, Great axe with 2" reach, weapon master, Precision Strike, and Side Step make him a bit of a forward caster. But, you have a problem with him getting assassinated. So, you need to put something in front of him to shield him from being killed. Normally I would say Iron Fangs, but the Deathstalkers have the Sniper rule, so the Iron Fangs would be no better than the Winter Guard. I would suggest Man-O-War Shocktroopers or warjacks.
Now, warjacks would be an excellent choice, just not your Destroyers. For the Destroyers to hit anything with their Bombards, unless you like randomly lobbing shells and hoping for good deviations, they need to stand still, not conducive to acting as a mobile wall for your warcaster. I suggest replacing your Destroyers with Juggernauts or Marauders, leave the fire support to the Behemoth. This will free up 4 to 8 points for more stuff.
Here's where you have to make a choice: do you get 1-2 Manhunters and send them against the Deathstalkers? (Forget the Eliminators, they are a little pricey) Or, do you go the crazy route and go with the Winter Guard Command theme force.
If you go the theme force route, the bad news is that you would have to drop Behemoth, Sylys Wyshnalyrr, and the Forge Seer. The good news is that after getting Kovnik Joe, your WGRC & Rocketeer boat, 10x Winter Guard Infantry, and the 2x Field Guns - the Artillery Kaptain (and a 2nd Artillery Kaptain, or a Mortar Crew, if you had it) is free. Oh, and you can use the 10 WGI to act as bullet catchers to protect Kozlov since your warcaster (Kozlov) gets the Sacrificial Pawn [Winter Guard] rule.

One final thing: I didn't see anything in your list of what you owned that was able to ignore or defeat Stealth. That's part of the reason why the Deathstalkers are tearing you apart - you can't shoot back at them unless you are within 5" of them. You need to get either Reinholdt or a Spriggan.
(If your opponent puts out Lylyth2, Striders, Raeks, and Deathstalkers - just shake his hand and tell him he won...)
