Looks like War Room just updated. Might put more when I look more.
Looks like the exact same statline as Morg2. He picked up Parry and Officer and lost Fan of Shadows. His Escorts got the Fan instead but only have Pathfinder and Stealth, probably due to his feat. On the back of his first card, he's got Acrobatics, Granted: Repo 3'', Hidden Blade which gives him an additional damage die against Blinded models, Steady, and he's a unit. His weapon also has Critical: Decapitation. The Escorts have Anatomical Precision and Blind on the Fan.
For spells, Morg3 has Flashing Blade, Mirage, Night's Reflection which is COST 3 RNG 8 DUR RND and inflicts Blind on target model/unit, and Occultation. His feat Death Wind grants himself, his unit, and FF warrior models starting in his control range Acrobatics, Overtake and Parry for one turn.

Seems cool. Would have been even cooler if he had granted hidden blade to his army on feat as well.
Nights reflection is also one hell of a attack buff for our low mat beasts. Shouldn't need to boost against even high def heavies.

By the Ancestors! My first impression is... he's amazing! It feels like his whole kit comes together really well. Am I understanding this correctly?: they're a unit, so we would activate the unit, pop the feat, charge in with the escorts to land a blinding hit on the chosen target, then charge in with Morghoul 3 to finish the job. It's going to be one hell of a feat turn, and with a lucky crit, it will get really nasty. Guess the Willbreaker for that re-roll on the charge attack roll will be important.
Really looking forward to this guy, will look great on the table. Such a baller dude.

What do you think mirage goes on? Morghoul and his hunnies?

On the important turn, yes. Otherwise, I suppose any of our units could do with some threat extension. The exception perhaps being the Keltarii who might become too quick for the rest of the army to keep up with.

There's also the fact that the feat gives Parry and Acrobatics to Ferox, and all of that plus Overtake to Nihilators or Hakaar. With the addition of Mirage or Occultation to those, Morg3 seems like he might be able to create large bubbles of "Important stuff can't stand here." With Night's Reflection he might even be able to cripple the ability to retaliate of units or other things that can't shake it. That plus Lightning Strike from an Archidon could allow him to run in, cast Night's Reflection, murder something, and then run out without much fear of retaliation.

I really wish they swapped out Mirage for Rift. That way the Legion player I play nearly exclusively against might die from laughing and get me an easy win for once.

I'm thinking Nihilators for this guy. On FEAT turn with Acrobatics, Parry and Overtake they would be unstoppable. plus he can give them stealth.
yeah this guy is gonna get bought.

Thinking of something like this currently: conflictchamber.com/#b91bhS6U5G6N6y5U676c6dhVSkorne Army - 74 / 75 points !!! Your army contains a pre-release entry. !!! Your army contains a CID entry. (Morghoul 3) Dominar Morghoul & Escorts [+25] - Archidon [10] - Titan Gladiator [15] - Aptimus Marketh [5] Tyrant Rhadeim [9] Paingiver Beast Handlers (min) [5] Praetorian Ferox (max) [20] Praetorian Swordsmen (max) [13] - Praetorian Swordsman Officer & Standard [4] Siege Animantarax (CID) [18] The solution to armor: Safe Swordsmen delivery.

Put this out a number of places already, but: Unpopular opinion time: Morg3 is an assassination enabling warlock in a faction full of assassination enabling warlocks. For that reason, I don't think he'll shift competitive pairings (a spell slinger or someone with control is needed for that).
In some ways, the biggest strike against Morg3 is Morg2 better a better second for your pairing.
Still gonna play him. Looking forward to blinding stuff every turn.
