I play alot of ragnor and have been dojoing pretty hard since February with him. The joke.for my local meta with me is X and ragnor. He pairs well with anyone and fills gaps with ease. From the list you provided it would depend more on the other caster as they are more pinned down to their beast make up.
For example of I ran Doomy2 with no gargs id want a MK ragnor list.
Ill also say im not a fan of double garg with him yet due to low fury and wanting two pulverize targets at all points. Tho i have yet to test double MK.
Recently ive been running gargs with my other caster so ill run double bomber or mauler/EBDT heavy lists with him.

The Double king version most definitely needs and axer to allow the kings to threaten across a zone properly.

I personally run him in a sort of magical combined arms list in the PoD theme.
Ragnor - Bomber - Mauler - Axer - Bouncer Janissa Whelps Runeshapers x 4 Krielstone Min - Sorcerer - Elder
Sideboard: - Bomber - Axer - Bouncer
The Sorcerer is there to be swapped in and out for more flexibility in load outs, I also like Ragnor with two Bombers since he can make them a pretty hard to remove target that can generally cripple or kill threatening models before they get to them. It's an all comers list minus those few warlocks that have feats that can shut down star actions.

But there are not that much possibilities.

Wanting to field both Gargs: (Ragnor 1) Ragnor Skysplitter, The Runemaster [+30] - Glacier King [35] - Mountain King [36] - Trollkin Runebearer [4] Lanyssa Ryssyl, Nyss Sorceress [4] Dhunian Knot [6] Kriel Warriors (min) [7] Kriel Warriors (min) [7] Krielstone Bearer & Stone Scribes (min) [6] Lanyssa is (obviously) there to provide the DK-assisted +2" Move on charge of target. With the density of WJ's on the field, having first King (Glacier) charge the center-ed target, then redirect all other attacks to adjacent WJ's, leaves the Mt. King the 2" free charge to hack the other side. I usually do not see ONE warjack leading the pack, rather a pair or three, parallel at front, with others close behind. KWs are there to muck up opposing lanes. Concentrated ranged attacks, with no Shield-Gs, will make one Garg really sad. [Where's our Theme that gives all Whelps Shield Guard? <- CoC envy ]
