Few things people have suggested. OW1 - Against the unboosted Pow 14 feat at least one unit of Ogrun will be Armor 20 thanks to the BB aura and Ana's upkeep "Bond of Grissel and Bone". Nothing else I can see from her kit that terribly threatens Ogrun. The feat triggers on ending movement, it is likely that at least some of them will not get the benefits of the Blightbringer. Also, I don't think the feat is about dealing damage, but more about the auto-knockdown after dealing only a single point, which, at POW 14, is still quite likely to do even against ARM 20.

Nothing else I can see from her kit that terribly threatens Ogrun. Yep, so on a roll of a 7 for damage the ogrun in the ARM20 unit get knocked down and achieve nothing, other than being further ahead than the rest of the army, giving Old Witch easy pickings in her turn. You're also assuming the BB has either walked far enough forward to keep them in range or has shot to just the right spot for them to walk into I think? Against multi-box medium infantry such as ogrun I don't think the feat will kill a huge number of them, but it will either: 1) stop them moving 2) get some damage on them 3) knock them down. As far as I know ogrun don't have much knockdown immunity? Could be wrong on that though. If the BB is forward to provide the aura then I'm pretty confident I can get 1 or 2 fully loaded juggernauts into it with free charges, potentially with Kiss applied as well. Honestly I'm fine with that trade. Otherwise there's simply multiple high powered guns, a very good cloud for blocking ogrun LoS and the threat of Scrappy going on a pack man run through a few ogrun every turn. His threat range is 15" each turn before considering overtake, which controls infantry very nicely. Especially given he can hide behind forests or other terrain, apparition out, do his thing, then be teleported back to safety. He'd be MAT7 P&S14 with reach, berserk and overtake, so he won't be killing whole units a turn. But he can take several out at a time (and will be gunning for UAs/solos where possible). Like I said before I don't think OW1 is favoured in the match (seems roughly 50/50), but I certainly think she has the tools to make it an even one. Cheers, Dave P.S. This all relies on Sorscha0 not changing particularly since CiD. Given how little PP changed her during the process (did they..?) I expect she's fairly set. If they drop Fog of War and (more importantly) Boundless Charge I expect OW1 will drop straight back out my pairing...

Hellmouth Tentacles allow the Blightbringer to place its blight aura exactly where it wants it to be. Also, getting 2 heavies through a sea of Ogrun (and possibly Hellmouth tentacles) is probably much easier said than done. This is definitely a MU you should play to test your theories.

What would you guys play into this its by no means competitive but abuses some nice tricks. The guy loves the mariner and knows crosse has ab very bug target above his head. Would you play AK into this? I have high respect for the mobility and scenario pressure (magnus feat). How should someone play against this?

I will put up this Magnus list for next week (try to make the posts on Sunday when I have downtime as I wait for my slow way of painting base coats to dry ;-)
