Can you expand on that?
By FA:C you mean the theme restrictions?
Character warjacks are FA:C on account of them being character models.

Sorry I forgot to include theme forces in my logic. So assuming characters get a theme or two outside of their bonded casters, being FA:C and different from, rather than superior to their basic versions is enough for me. The current problem is that it seems that characters are only allowed in one theme. I guess it prevents the scenario where someone like Behemoth or Eye of Truth was taken in every single list due its superior firepower. Just thinking out loud, being too unique also runs the problem that a character could provide some useful effect that cannot be replicated elsewhere in the faction and thus becomes auto-include, at least for particular builds.
