First off: The list needs 2 sets of whelps. period. You will produce a lot more fury than gunny can handle. I totally get what you are going for, but let me dangle this in front of you: Eilish can give puppet master to the GK (or whom ever you think needs it most) or remove an upkeep in a pinch. For the 1 point you save for not bringing the DK, you could upgrade one of the GKs to a MK. I understand that this does not mesh fully with what you had in mind for the list, but it does make the list able to play in to way more things. The MK is absurdly good with gunnbjorn. The combination of the assault spray and kill shot with guided fire and explosivo is incredible. Also it makes the GK and Dozer very credible melee beaters as well, AND it reduces the amount of whelps required to one set id say, allowing you to bring one more model that actually does work. The list still has the same weakness though. No unit that is suited to scoring, and it will have a hard time to contest far elements of the board. I do not really think the list is viable in a SR2017 environment. You need to assassinate or go home basically. The thought was that at max fury you would produce per turn would be 9 ish the DK can reduce 3 each turn and with hill cloud wall 2 gk sandwich you could run gunny near empty each turn. Where my understanding went wrong, and horribly I might add, was thinking for some unknown reason that the gks we're AOE 3. Meaning you could push alot more out of scenario each turn at a large range. O well back to the drawing board.

Nice idea but if you are running gunny empty then you might have problems dealing with eleaps. The knot will have the same problem. Careful placement could help here a bit.

GKs will "always" want to force to 5 fury. Sure, you can take 3 shots at infantry under guided fire, and not boost the damage, but if you are shooting at heavier targets, you will want to buy two shots and boost three damage rolls. That is 10 fury right there. D&S will often charge or trample. Then cast its animus. that is 2 fury if you do not boost the damage of a direct hit, then it is 3. You have upwards of 13 fury to take care of. If we are generous, you can remove 2 of them with the DK, but that still leaves 11 on the board. You really want a bunch of whelps id say
