If you do not care about your stone aura and there is noting to prevent you promoting the stone to another grunt then you can just run it forward and let it be killed. Have done that loads of times and it helps in making sure you get the +1 str But I was wondering the +2 str in north king is only for cold attacks right? The NK aura can do one of the following: 2+ STR to Northkin WARRIOR models 2+ Damage to Frost Damage Rolls 1+ SPD to ANY Northkin Model

Oh I forgot that one awesome So if you get your models under the aura (lr) Then with one long rider a potential of 18 average damage result on a arm 20 model under fury Awesome

The +1 Speed is for all Northkin in the aura. Not just warriors, it includes the beasts and even the Hooch Hauler, and it is all not just one model.
ELDER Immunity: Cold Officer Tough Stone Warp - This model can use one of the following effects each turn at any time during its unit’s activation: •Stone Cold - While within the area affected by this unit’s Protective Aura, friendly Northkin warrior models gain +2 STR. Stone Cold lasts for one round. •Wild Winds - This unit and friendly Northkin models activating within the area affected by this unit’s Protective Aura gain +1 SPD. Wild Winds lasts for one turn. •Winter Magic - When a friendly model makes a cold damage roll XICONX while within the area affected by this unit’s Protective Aura, add +2 to the roll. Winter Magic lasts for one turn. Tactics: Northkin - Models in this models unit are Northkin models and gain Immunity: Cold XICONX.

It is probably closer to 14-15 damage each. i did take that into account when calculating the average damage pow 16 from charge attack = about 10 damage avg on arm 20 pow 14 impact attack = about 8 damage avg on arm 20 total 18 damage avg with one LR under blood fury with +2 str aura up. So you need about 2 LR's to kill a kahdor heavy.

So you need about 2 LR's to kill a kahdor heavy. POW 14 with 3 dice damage should add up to ~24-25. Not 28. You do not get boosted damage from charging on the impact attacks, only the extra die from Blood Fury
