I said the theme was great as in the benefits. Also, there are going to be some new releases (mentioned in the insider) That will help out the limited selection a lot. It was mostly a joke (hence the salt comment) Also I would not call bloodgorgers garbage, they just were waiting for a place. Black ogrun are cheap as chips but I can agree they lack a place and direction.

I see you call giving next to nothing to models that have been garbage since MK2 "great." *Looks at Dark Industries Yeah, and you didn't see Heavy cryx jacks either. Doesn't make the bonus any less flipping amazing. This is literally a better version of Faithful masses. Nothing has to die to trigger the +2/+2. Just have to run 1 infantry dude to engage. Plus think about the advance deploy cryx jacks (I can't find any jack restriction in the post but i may be blind) that now get another 2" further up the field. Or yet another way for Denny 1 to reach ungodly numbers... This would make what +4/+9 (feat, gang fighter /parasite, feat, gang fighter, dark srhoud [ragman]) I'm sick of seeing fantastic bonuses (regardless of how "used" the models are) and seeing tons of theme forces for WM. Not to mention that WM has very little if any restriction to battle group models. Hordes is clearly getting shafted. I have literally no hope that the final release of the rest of the themes will be anything worth a dam for us. I'm glad I picked up Menoth. I've played 1 game legitimately at the store with them and it felt like a completely different balanced game. I will reserve the right to play WM vs. WM and Hordes vs. Hordes (you know, how the game is currently balanced) for the foreseeable future.

Well on the bright side if power creep continues maybe the next theme for Circle will give all living beasts Flank and Pathfinder!

For the first part, I'd like to think its mostly a wash when comparing running a model up and being within 5" of a death. Your units WILL die on the approach. It's nice to capitalize on it especially out of activation. Zealots also have recursion so theoretically you can double up on things like souls and kill triggers. For the second part, to many on this forum Protectorate is WM's Trollbloods. If you think they're strong you really should demo ANOTHER WM faction and see the difference in power there. I mean even you seem to think that this theme is Faithful Masses +1. Not to say that PoM is bad, it's just VERY much middle of the road, vanilla, and without any major or interesting tricks, gimmicks, or features. Finally for Children of the Dragon, while Gang would be nice, especially because it's locked to mostly light beasts, I'd personally like to see non-warlock Warriors pick up sac-pawn[Nephilim] so we can more easily deliverer our various weapon master models up the board while still fulfilling the fluff of a mixed Nyss/Nephilim army.

Well on the bright side if power creep continues maybe the next theme for Circle will give all living beasts Flank and Pathfinder! The themes are basically handing out primal - Faithful Masses and now Black fleet. So why don't we just give Circle a theme with primal as a hard rule (not animus) on every circle warbeast. That's fair right? (yes the implication is every other turn every circle warbeast auto-frenzies no matter what)

I Like it already...can we apply it to casters like Kromac 2 as well?
