Do I understand correctly that Grissel 1 (or more accurately her spell slave) can cast rift at an EBDT and speed it up? The wording on both cards is "rough terrain".
This sounds interesting to me in BoH. You could start turn one with a unit of Fenns spread out at around 27" up the table and two EBDT at 23" to counter charge or project threat. Pretty easy to have one threat 12" with Rage the turn after (so obviously unlikely best case senario, charge something on bot of two that is 12" off your opponent's board edge). This feels more legit than she is claimed to be.
Understanding there is no spell slave in BoH this would be:
Grissel 1 EBDT x 2 DT Mauler Axer Full Fennblades Full Krielstone 2 x Min Warders, champs, or a combination of both, or full unit of Tuffalo Free Fell Caller
Thoughts on this? Obviously you could run it out of theme and replace the 15 points with welps, a Runebearer, and 6 points discretionary spending.

Rift works on EBDTs as you say. So does normal terrain though, and you should "always" find that. I personally really think that the Runebearer is mandatory with Grissel 1, and that is why i do not like BoH with her (or any one pretty much). Longriders are serious fun with her though. They can charge in, kill stuff and then back up a total of 10". That is hilarious
