Thought you guys would be interested in these, maybe give a good workout to ye'olde speculation muscles I noticed the stabilizers and the flares as well. The problem is that the Victors cannon, for example, is the side of the entire cart installation and its damage is still worse than that of a little mortar. Honestly that cannon has to hit VERY, VEEERY hard to peak my interest. Not a crit effect, not knockdown. Something MASSIVE.

Like an annihilation template where everything under the template dies? No consideration for wounds, defense, or armor - if it fits under the template it dies. 😈

@rowdy dragon I agree that in these cases size should definitely matter! With regard to some of our stronger shooting models, I think Victor and the gun Carriage should both have at least benefited from High Explosive to make the blast damage a minimum of 10. Preferably Victor's and Connie's guns should do more damage, but in the very least high explosive would make a difference.

I like the carriage and the IFP solo, but the more I look at the heavy MOW the less interested I get. They almost look out of place, stiff and too much armor. Gee i never thought id say 'too much' armor playing khador, but here i am. Really resemble 40k models.
I feel bad hating on someones hard work, but I wonder if these things have had molds made? I bet they have, but id almost recommend a CID for the sculpts! Or maybe seeing a sized model will give me different perspective.
Another note. I hope we all don't forget there are MEN inside these things. How big do they get before we stop thinking of them as infantry with really big steam armor to being full blown mech-warriors.

None if it is exciting to me. It all seems like really basic, unimaginative ideas and have had no thought put into them in terms of what they'll do for a faction overall.
I would have preferred some new types of standard MoW with different armor designs or gadgets built into them.
Like why not give normal MoW with big leg pistons that can leap really far or run faster? Or MoW with visors connected to a heavy rifle that gives them True Sight? Why just go the route of "big guns and more armor"?
And don't even get me started on that chariot. Of all the Firetrucking lazy, uninspired, stupid designs they could come up with.

I'm used to hating things but this time PP surpassed itself. With all the stuff they could come with, with all the inspiration, it could have been anything. An orgoth artifact, a ice generator, anything...
And they come with
Another Damn Chariot
Really?

that models remind me of 40k centurions That's what they reminded me of. Well, I will say they look quite menacing, but I reserve all further judgement until I see the actual models. Still, it feels to me like a bit of a strange direction to go; it's just... yeah, very 40K. I mean, I like 40K, I'm just not sure I want 40K in my Warmachine. Again, too early to really judge.

I get the Centurion comparison but I believe it's misplaced or inevitable.
I think it retains too much individuality, much more like a MOW suit crossed over with a Juggernaught chasis, as can be seen by the location of the head, and the pauldron types.

Right, got it. Well, speaking for myself, I don't mean that it looks like a GW Centurion exactly, only that in a way it seems to have similar design philosophy: taking the bulky power-armoured dudes and giving them even larger and bulkier power armour. OK, that actually sounds more like GW Terminators I guess, but the size and bulk and extremely heavy weaponry (and "newness" I suppose) calls to mind the Centurions.
Personally I didn't mean it as criticism by the way, just... well, expressing my first impressions. I don't mind how they look - in fact I might end up liking them more than some of the existing MOW - though I am a little bit worried about how the rules might shake out. Well, let's just hope they have fun and balanced rules that give them a viable place in the game.

How long until we see a Man-O-War Titan? A huge based Jaeger robot controlled by Kharchev and Sorcha, who have melded minds.
Worth remembering that the MOW chariot will be the only BE available to the theme (unless the new merc inclusion rule happens).
And as for the creativity of these new models, Khador is not the "let's get creative" faction. They apply more armor, more axes, more bombards.
