Vayl1, Abby2, Thags2, Fyanna2. Though I wouldn't csll it optimal. Neutralyze idea seems really solid. Remember that we don't have access to the naga in this theme. That means if pushes down how many matchups we can play against. Vayl1 likes Azrael and it makes me excited to be able to take him. Zuriel, is a good dark sentinel target against lighter armored targets thanks to precision strike. Fyanna2 works well with zuriel and mostly everything. Kryssa loves both zuriel and Azrael. Giving both cloak ash is powerful with repo 3 on Azrael and dodge for zuriel. We also don't have access to Seraph which also severelly limits our threat ranges and removes Def fixer. Personally I'm interrested in Bethayne and Kallus2. Especially Kallus2. Having access to both Zuriel and Azrael gives him reliable way to spread some fire and he has built in potent threat extender in his feat to deliver Swordsmen/Raptors/Hexhunters and make them murder stuff. It was the missing piece I was searching for. I'm going to test it soon.

Thags 1 Typhon Zuriel Azrael Blood seer 3x Shepard 2x martyr Max raptor Min swords with ua Warlord
Seer and martyrs make for easy obliterations and is pretty tanky with death shroud and unyielding. It's another option similar to neuty's list.

Yeah the other thing to consider with the seer there is he's not requiring much fury to engage and assist in spell slinging. With no forsaken, there is easily extra fury on the board already.

I think Kallus 2 takes advantage of this change in CoD, and gives the opportunity to play him in a competitive envirointment.

I just need to get stuff on the table instead of nickle and dimming the list endlessly trying to find a perfect balance.

Best I could do is:
Kallus2 - Azrael - Zuriel - NBT
Max Swordman + UA (free) Max Raptors Warlord (free) Annyssa Black Frost Shard B. Nyss Shperd x 3
I want to include the Sucubbus instead of Annyssa, but then i have 4 "useless" points.

Hm. They should let us take the throne in COTD It's a blighted nyss riding a battle engine, afterall, so it's at least as appropriate as the sorc&hellion is.

Would Lylyth1 work with COTD? Azrael, Zuriel, and a Bolt thrower comes out to exactly 50 points, allowing for 2x Swordsmen+UA. With the remaining points you can also field Hex Hunters+Bayal and a Succubus. I was thinking about this since her low Fury doesn't let her run too beast heavy while Parasite and Pursuit are appreciated by Swordsmen and Azrael respectively. Is 30+ DEF14 bodies, 11 of those with AD, enough to ensure damage when the lines meet? EDIT: ferranWhat do you plan on doing with the Succubus? I don't think Blazing path is really worth upkeeping and then she only really brings a cloud, which I admit is useful on a cavalry caster. You could also drop a Shepherd to grab a 2nd warlord.

Kallus, Devastation of Everblight - WB: +28 - Azrael - PC: 21 (Battlegroup Points Used: 21) - Zuriel - PC: 18 (Battlegroup Points Used: 7) - Nephilim Soldier - PC: 9 - Nephilim Soldier - PC: 9 - Nephilim Bloodseer - PC: 8 - Nephilim Protector - PC: 10
Incubus - 5 Incubi: 0 Incubus - 5 Incubi: 0 Blighted Nyss Warlord - PC: 5 Spell Martyr - PC: 1 Blighted Nyss Shepherd - PC: 1 Blighted Nyss Sorceress & Hellion - PC: 6
Blighted Nyss Swordsmen - Leader & 9 Grunts: 15 - Blighted Nyss Swordsmen Abbot & Champion - Abbot & Champion: 0
THEME: Children of the Dragon
I feel incubi are great with blazing path. May need another unit for it to work though. Or switch the second group of incubi for another warlord.

I want sucubus for the free upkeep and the cloud, but its tru as you say that probably dont wroth the points.
I was thinking on drop one shperd but onestlly I have fear to not be able to manage all the fury (Azrael and NBT ara fury intensive, 7 a turn in total...).
