Storm Strider stayed the same since CID end. Looks really good. It packs a punch shooting, and isn't defenseless in melee. It can actually build up power tokens pretty reliably now. So, that should show up in lists often enough.
Seige Crawler looks amazing. Super durable, shoots hard, can remove stealth (!), replaces rhulic grunts, and has bulldoze and girded. Dang.

Menoth engine was nerfed from end of CID. Gun bounces are no longer boostable and it's still slow as molasses (spd 4) with reduced range... and of course the same points.

Question. Are rhulic models under a ranking officer still rhulic models (I know they are no longer Merc)

Retribution is broken if a to ignore Los blocking rule from sr 2017 I...have no clue what you're talking about. For the factions I'm playing at the moment: AFG: looks reasonably solid. I think it should be 16 pts, since it's gone down to SPD 4, but it's perfectly playable in a couple of lists. Having said that, I now have to think hard about whether I want to shell out for one, whereas with SPD 5 it'd be an obvious choice for me to buy. Celestial Fulcrum: Stayed the same from the end of CID, only choice now is if I want a second one or if I want to stick with just the one. Sacral Vault: I'm torn. Deathly Dominion no longer requiring a soul to use makes it's engine much more reliable, more boxes is good, and it's still functionally immune to infantry (and with it's ARM and boxes, resistant to everything else as well.) However, Telemetry being FF combined with the fact that Circle has no shortage of ways to remove infantry and our kickass Fulcrum makes me not really want to run this. Which is a pity, because I have one assembled on my painting table right now.

The Khadoran one has been made kinda impotent without linebreaker.
The odds of missing are just too high with multiple attacks.
So instead of charging deep into ranks your gonna really only get as many impact attacks as the regular impact attack would allow.
Kinda makes most of its new rules pointless in that context.

The Fun Carriage has Line Breaker; it's an error in warroom that's missing it off. Check the dev notes for confirmation.

Is there a record of changes to the cards somewhere or do we have to print everything?

The new and improved Wraith Engine is pretty solid. It's a strong support piece, it takes effort to remove, and it can do serious damage to a heavy (and debuff it for a finishing blow). I really like it and I think it's completely worth 15 points. Incorporeal means it will get trashed in certain matchups pretty easily, and make other matchups hellish for an opponent lacking magic weapons, but it feels like it will be useful in most games.
I really dig the changes to the Necrosurgeon--veteran leader seemed awkward, so I'm glad they dropped it, and letting it bring back Carrions and Biles (and even its stitch thralls) is a great, flavourful change. I kinda wish they'd expanded that to the Sepulcher, honestly, but what can you do. Brutes having 1" reach is just a lovely intuitive little bonus.
In general it seems like Cryx's infantry has gotten a big leg up and become much more viable. If Ghost Fleet is toned down a bit (and maybe other themes will be too...), there might be some serious competition. People have been underwhelmed by the new Bane Knights, but I think they're underrated in this new form. They'll still die in droves to snipers and melee infantry, but I think a debuff faction can really leverage infantry with staying power. I think Skarre 1 still likes them, though not nearly as much as back in the day, of course.
I still think the new Throne of Everblight is a little cheap for its durability + mobility + ability to wipe out an entire unit, but I suspect Legion players will still be reluctant to use it, for some reason.
