Gonna try this tonight.
If anyone has any improvement ideas I'd love to hear. Wish I could get Janissa in there. I don't feel like the list "has to" have the stone UA. I have never played my Bushwackers, so most of why they're in there is for my own tinkering, but I think they'll play well.

I played my Calandra list tonight and pulled out a victory against Retribution. Here was my opponent's list:
Dawnlord Vyros - WJ: +28 - Sylys Wyshnalyrr, The Seeker - PC: 4 - Banshee - PC: 18 (Battlegroup Points Used: 18) - Imperatus - PC: 22 (Battlegroup Points Used: 10) - Griffon - PC: 8 - Griffon - PC: 8 - Aspis - PC: 6
Arcanist Mechanik - PC: 2 Arcanist Mechanik - PC: 2 Arcanist Mechanik - PC: 2
Dawnguard Sentinels - Leader & 9 Grunts: 18 - Dawnguard Sentinel Officer & Standard - Officer & Standard: 4 Stormfall Archers - Leader & 3 Grunts: 9
The major highlight was the assassination. The War wagon under the stone survived an Imperatus charge (he had to burn a focus from being knocked down the turn prior). He placed Vyros outside of the pounder but I feated with Calandra, befuddled a mechanik to get close to Vyros and turn his back. Quaked with the War Wagon (WW) and then sent my sluggers in to finish the job once he was knocked down. The quake effect is HUGE in this list with befuddle being able to pull things in and turn them around for the WW. This is effectively Rat +4 (allowing the WW to stand still).
All in all... it's not worth being out of theme for Calandra, but perhaps on a Grim2 or Gunnbjorn it would be worth it? Also the War Wagon did WORK on Calandra's feat turn. The spray took out 5 sentinels alone (let alone setting up the win).

Great write up. Thank you for including the bits about pre-measuring issues.
Nice wins!

Can't help but think that Braylen might be a better choice in this list, she could be pretty interesting with Backstab and Rampager in the odd situation and can be very useful as a flanking solo.

Nah, i think the free Fell Caller is solid, to allow your scatter gunners to trigger quick work by charging and then spraying. Fortune is a superb spell for this, but it becomes much more reliable at MAT 7.

Can Scattergunners killshot if they are still engaged after they kill a model? Can Scattergunners killshot if they are still engaging a model after they kill a model?

Not a problem, Doomy1 has your back! Fortune will also be huge on the war wagons when they are trying to charge through a bunch of infantry! Now I just need to buy three huge based models and a warlock to play it...

I will give this a try tonight although I might switch out the Fell Caller for a Runebearer now that he can be taken in theme.
Also, what are your thoughts on swapping the MK for a GK. Guardian beast seems like it could be better on a GK due to Stationary on the fists or pushing stuff out of melee with the gun.
