Thank you.
That seems like a lot of buffs. Dunno what the state of ret is but looking at this I assume they've had some issues.

Main issues were the forges and legion themes which weren't in cid.
Edit: That being said, the jack changes were pretty dang good.
Manticores, so hot right now!

Yeah I'd imagine ret wouldn't like getting their faction splintered any more than khador does.

At least MHSFs finally gain AD by default, which was ridiculous consider their fluff of covert ops troops. They finally gain their birthright.
Ryssovass Defender seems somewhat weird, but 12/16 with Tough&Girded is not THAT squish against infantry guns at least, so perhaps they may see the light. Although non-blast damage AOEs still hurts them badly. And isn't 9/15 still quite expensive for them? Although P+S 10, Weapon Master, Precision Strike and RNG 2 make them threatning, Was 9/15 a borderline of melee units with anti armor capability? But for nowdays even some shooting units are claim such points.
Gang on Ellowuyr Swordsmen seems good indeed. Before then all they could is chop the enemy infantries but they do nothing against jacks.
And... able to put Mark Target on Infiltrator? It seems interesting. Although I have no good feeling for Mark Target on Rangers, but Infiltrators is the melee units and they need to move toward the enemy. Usually units with Mark Target is expected to issue Press Foward order then only run one trooper ahead of the enemy, but their new Reposition[5"] means they may issue no order from Eiryss3, advance, shoot(only Eiryss herself), then Reposition to move even further. They may run and move 2" more in the dire situations well. They got Ambush so it is easier to apply too. Although still I have no good feeling for Mark Target, but Retributuion is always thirst for ranged accuracy buffs. So that's better than nothing at least, and the good side is it is on the melee unit with Ambush.
And Aelyth Vyr seems expensive, although his kit is not so bad. Isn't such solos' PC is 4, not 5?
I don't think that making defensive stat by 13/18 is quite good advantage for Shyeel Myrmidons, but it is not so bad at least.
RAT 6 on Vyre heavy is good, very good change, for not even a single Retribution heavy lacks a ranged weapon but they were all tied on RAT 5. Hey, even Cygnar heavies(renown for RAT 6 Ironclad chassis and lights) are not that shooty focused than Retribution, means Retribution heavy's feature is its ranged capability. That's why it is nothing wrong to have RAT 6 - or at least some of them. Finally.
Force Field change is better than nothing but still not so good I think. As already said on the CID, damaged force field means the myrmidon is already engage the enemy or will engage on your turn you can opt to remove the damage, which requires them to be fully focused and ready to make full additional melee attacks by it.
And, Falcir... sigh. The whole CID for her was a mess. I feel it nothing but a roller coaster. The only one thing I want to say is, have to rely on the effect that activates on a melee kill of the warcaster/lock/etc is nothing but a crap. Even if it is on Zoktavir - if it does then he is cease to become the Butcher.

I think the CID was a success overall. Most of the stuff that came out of it was good and the jack changes in particular are exciting.
