My PP order just arrived (finally). Included were a couple of unit boxes (so I now have the minimum required 15 units each for GUARD and Apes... or I will once I actually get around to assembling them) and the new game mat. I like the new mat, it's good quality, one of those mousemat-like deals. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to store and transport it without it getting wrinkled or something. I'm thinking about taking it down to an art supplies store and looking for one of those plastic art tubes of an appropriate size, although that might be overkill. Suggestions?

I thought about that too. Carnage Corners comes in a rectangular box; it’s been working fine for me so far! But yes, a sturdy plastic tube is my next step up if that proves insufficient.

Mine was just folded and placed at the bottom of the same cardboard box as the rest of my order, no special packaging.

Interesting idea, I don't have any lying around but I'll keep an eye out for one.

I was in the local stationary and art supplies store when I remembered the Monpoc mat. On a whim I picked up the smallest art tube they had. Turns out the fit is a bit snug, but it works: To be clear I've retracted the tube as far as possible to clearly show the mat inside; it extends further so there's room to spare, you just have to roll the mat a smidgen tightly to get it in. So that's one problem solved. Of course a larger tube would have worked great as well seeing as I had to extend this one so far. Now I'm thinking about getting a full sized tube to replace the fraying cloth case for my 4x4 Warmachine mat...
