So I recently picked up some Raptors to try and learn our pretty awesome cav-unit. After reading them and fielding a max unit a couple of times, I then took a looking to Annyssa and how she interacts with them - and her personal threat on the board. After making a few lists and juggling points around I noticed something: Annyssa + min Raptors = 19 points, 1 more than a full unit of raptors. After comparing a max Raptor unit vs Annyssa + min unit, I can't help but wonder if there is ever a time where it would be not be beneficial to just sink in that 1 extra point to gain Annyssa. All you seem to gain from having a max unit of Raptors is an extra body and 2 more boxes. On the other hand you lose a really frightening stealth cav model with much more output potential (prey), who also helps your other cav find their mark a little easier.
So, am I correct in thinking that if you are going to get a full unit of Raptors you should always just spend that 1 extra point and pick up Annyssa instead? Is there a time where max unit of Raptors is better than Annyssa + min unit of Raptors?

Raptors have a killer melee charge and Annyssa doesn't. A full unit could be potentially more use against harder (especially non-living) targets. Otherwise, she is pretty great... but if your list came out at 76 points, I wouldn't turn my nose up at two more regular raptors instead.
