Hey guys looking for more information on the feralgeist. I'm never sure what people are talking about when they say using him as a beacon, feating into him, moving into him etc. Basically I'd like to know all the tactics with this guy!

It's an Arkadius trick, specifically. Arkadius's Feat allows you to Frenzy your Warbeasts and pick their Frenzy targets so long as those targets are in your Control Area. You can run a Feralgeist to the perfect spot instead of relying on tagging enemy models in the Feat and, since it's an Incorporeal model, you won't hurt it and you can charge past it or through it without worrying about it blocking your charge lane.

You can also use it to pinpoint aoe attacks, especially against stealth targets, or untargetable models, run the Geist in, launch an are at it and boost damage on the models also in the aoe.

Unlike gremlin swarms, feralgeists have a melee weapon and therefore a melee range, even while incorporeal. This enables them to trigger gang fighter (and get there via incorporeal run) and makes them a staple of Helga lists out of theme.
