crow Ossrum is a bit over the top, I agree that he is one of the very few truly competitive options in Mercs, but if I am being objective then I have to admit he is a bit too good.

Looking at casters and even themes other factions can bring, Ossrum is fine.

Last time I played against Ossrum he feated on his army then walked 7" backwards, his Siege Crawlers and Forge Guard then rushed up the board, way out of control, but still getting the +3 arm. It seems a bit over the top that his army can get the extra arm without Ossrum himself moving forward to apply it to them, I can't think of any other arm buff feat that works like that. Leave the spd and pathfinder as a pulse, and change the arm to an aura So this talk of "aura and pulse" isn't quite clicking for me. It's my understanding that an aura is checked whenever needed, while a pulse is checked once when the feat is declared? However, just because a feat is an aura doesn't mean that you only benefit from it while inside it; it just depends on the wording. So something like "A friendly faction model that begins it's activation inside this model's control range gains Pathfinder for that activation. Friendly faction models gain +3 ARM while in this model's control range." would solve the issues you mention, while still being just an aura, rather than trying to mix aura and pulse in one feat (which if course is possible, just slightly more awkward).

Female dwarf caster with a huuuuge beard. Focus 8. A plethora of place effects. Comes with a character jack that burrows. Or there is a character jack that burrows that bonds with her.
Also, fix the ogrun and give another ogrun unit. White orgun priests. Like black ogrun but white!

While in his control ranged dey gets plus three arm.' And this would change hardly nothing

Or leave it as is because he's fine, and spend the time focusing on improving Durgen, Earthbreaker, Ogrun, Highshields, etc.

The Hammer Strike is one of the best theme forces in the game. Free tough for every warrior model including the best artillery unit in the game which also gets repo 3"? The best artillery unit can also be taken as free model?
The only bad thing about the theme is that many rhulic models pay premium for shooting attacks. There are a lot of top tier lists out there that are virtually immune to shooting. If you play Hammer Strike, your other list has to have a win option other than shooting.

ok well it looks like moar bearmu is gone for several months again which is really too bad but i have helpful responses below I just did another project looking at how the Hammer Strike theme force is limited and needs a CID. I know we have a long while to wait, but we should work on ideas for the CID while we wait. We can then campaign for these ideas in the official forums. Here are my starting ideas: 1. The number one priority should be improving the Highshields with a Highshields-oriented solo and unit and CA improvements.
ALL HIGH SHEIDLS GAIN INSCRUTABLE AND MONKEY BITE
2. The number two problem is that the theme force is too limited. We need new units, like the Slaughter Fleet got .
THIS IS PROBABALY LIEK THE NUMBER 4 PROBLEM I THINK
3. In a similar vein, we require some non-Rhulic units, probably the Morrowans. Having the Morrowans join the theme combines too underutilizied sub-factions into one thme. So we get Precursor Knights and a second, ranged Morrowan unit.
BUT THEY DON'T LIVE IN HAMMER LAND??
4. We need more Rhulic jacks.
THIS IS THE NUMBER 3 PROBLEM
5. We need more solos.
THIS IS THE NUMBER 2 PROBLEM
6. We need a new Rhulic warcaster, based on my character, Moar Barmu, a heavily armored, slow defensive warcaster
I WILL TELL PAGINI
7. We need to remain a defensive oriented sub-faction, but we need more options.
OK FINE ADD TOMORROWANS

High Shields made a dual kit, so that they can focus on one build being melee and the other being a ranged unit rather than the hybrid mess that it is now.

I’ve got bad news for you guys:
About ten people total play Rhulic armies. Any new Rhulic models are probably so low priority that they’re on some parallel universe nega-list at this point.
If it wasn’t a question of time or money for their business, I’m sure Privateer would happily develop tons of new Rhulic stuff. But unless Rhul is the next mini-faction after Infernals, and also mind-blowing my awesome, I don’t think it’s gonna happen.

Also why we probably won't see much of a power increase in the coming CIDs compared to other factions. That and without the same quantity of players and feed back, adjustments won't be as tuned beyond what other factions complain about unfortunately.

I am one of those “10” dwarf players, and now you have me curious. Maybe one of us should start a thread for people who play, would play if they were competitive, or would like to play dwarves and see how many actual potential dwarf players there are.

I guarantee that Privateer already has all the relevant sales data in their possession.
