Hi i was hoping somebody could settle a dispute in a game we had today. I was Terminus(cryx) and my opponent was Stryker 2(cygnar). I was advancing nicely in my terminus tough bubble full of mechanithralls and revenent crew taking a few casualties from range and replenishing nicely. On his turn he ran maxwell Finn up to my bubble then used his feat which states he can move 3 inches and Make one melee attack. He did this with Finn and proceeded to completely wipe out entire unit of thralls and pirates plus rengrave using his "killing spree" ability. Before I realised I thought this is wrong about 20 models had been removed/moved etc so we just carried on. Needless to say I lost the game. So my question is should the one basic attack on strykers feat trigger killing spree? I feel silly asking as I'm certain Im right! Just need confirmation!

I feel silly asking as I'm certain I'm right but I need confirmation as my opponent is smug as hell and I really want to tell him "Void game a**hole" haha No, that was a mistake. Killing spree can trigger only during his combat action
