This model looks super cool and seems like it would have a lot of uses in a wide variety of list yet I haven't seen much use of him. Is it simply because he is not out yet or is there something that I am missing. Thoughts? How is everyone thinking about using him. I really like the option of being able to keep posse topped off on health. Its a lot of utility in a single model.

well I am going to try him tomorrow, but he will be a proxy till he comes out. I think that might be the biggest reason we have not seen him much.

My main Arkadius and Carver lists both intend to use him. Arkadius tentatively, mind you, since he's competing for some pretty tight solo spots, but being able to trigger a 10" advance off of a single enemy attack is an entertaining concept. With Carver, Batten both provides some added protection against free strikes and ignores one of the principle ways of ignoring Enliven. Plus, Carver rarely has spare Fury to heal damaged aspects.

(Edited to reflect that ghostly doesn't work with enliven) Oops. No easy button then Spitters aren't exactly something you want in the front line.

Jaga's and the witch doctor's ghostly works with double enliven as well. No, both are just for a turn, so are not in effect in your opponents turn.

I intend to use him once he's released. Not in the current pairing I'm aiming for but with Spitters I definetely want them. Might be fun with Barnabas1 as enliven+warpath is a hell of a move before activating.

I'll definitely be running him with Jaga-Jaga. Double Signs + Portents Venom sprays are great for clearing infantry.

I guess the benefit from Sacral Vault's telemetry could be useful to these guys?

I've not had the chance to use him yet, but is anyone planning to use thrm mostly as a medic, taking advantage of the double heal ability?
Putting 2 - 6 boxes back on an injured Blindwater Posse per turn seems really good, especially with Maelok Reviving guys (although you can't have Death Pact when you do it up as Heal is living only).

You can always cast revive, then Death Pact, feat, walk Maelok so the revived Posse member is out of CTRL and then activate Kwaak and heal the Posse, then activate the Posse and move them back into CTRL for that sweet revived 6-8 box ARM22 gatorman.

This is the most brilliant but difficult to pull off kinda useful and yet super annoying for your opponent piece of tech I have in a while. Now only to try and pull it off.

It would be easier to revive, wait a turn and then heal before maelok activates.

Can someone please tell me, why should i ever use this whole revive spell? I mean it costs 3 fury, and you have to forfeit action.... It seems incredibly weak at first glance ( reviving one grunt GMP to contest something is cool, but not 3 FURY cool....)
I have no gameplay experience, so there is propably something that i do not see from my standpoint or something, tell me please is it wothwhile?

But it has happened, and it has won me games. Maybe I revive a model every 3 games or so. Usually it’s mort important to deathpact and Mortality.
