Okay, so I want a really cool karchev model out on the table so I was thinking about converting the extreme juggernaut chassis into karchev and was wondering if anyone had any experience or advice!

I can see you having a hell of a time cutting the chest apart for the conversion best of luck

Cut the chest apart? Does the newer resin version have the torso in one piece? If so maybe you can buy the old metal parts for the torso from the PP webstore?

I meant the resin Juggernaut chest to fit Karchev in his steel casket. Personal note I found his skirt on the karchev model annoying on the metal one it just would not stay attached when I glued it I eventually had to pin it I think and use green stuff behind next to the chassis

The old metal Extreme had the main torso as two parts (top and bottom) so it was hollow when assembled. If the new one is a solid piece and you feel the need to do a lot of cutting, perhaps the old metal one would be better, but to be honest I'm not sure you would really need to do any cutting, rather you would probably build outwards?
