Enjoy a fresh batrep with our new shiny: PS: It's Legion of Steel vs Winds of Death, too.

Good report, thanks for sharing!
I will also be trying out Strakhov2 in Legion of Steel after this weekend, though with a slightly different set up (that might change a little).
Cheers, Dave

Nice report. It's pretty evident that theme+any protective feat makes a melee infantry viable even against a full list of shooting.

Great Report!! On the "to play" list for Satuday is likely this.

Good report, and a nice game. If I read that right, you basically got no benefit at all from your feat? I was a little surprised that you put Quicken on Uhlans and Inviolable Resolve on Iron Fangs; I was expecting Inviolable Resolve on Uhlans to stack with their already good ARM, and Quicken on Iron Fangs to allow them to keep up with the Uhlans or to move up a decent amount while staying in Shield Wall.

Well, I stacked Quicken on top of the SPD 8 for the 15'' threat. But well, as written I should have gone the other route in this game. The problem about this: hot swapping (or generally: casting) Quicken and IR during the 2nd turn brings SK2 down to a single FOC. Not optimal, I guess. And it's been my first game so I definitely need more experience with SK2 - and LoS, too.
