I'm surprised PP is OK with its employees boosting for competitors products and having sideline businesses (e.g. Ed Bourelle & Skeleton Key Games).

Honestly, there is not much they can do about how they spend their free time at home.

This won't be super helpful, but I recall it from one of the Podcasts. PwMJ, maybe? Does NQ list the company officers? The Faction books should, but depending on timing, he might still be listed.

Any gaming product is competing for my finite amount of gaming time. And I'm only expressing surprise - a senior position at a miniature gaming company is a very desirable job - I would assume that unless you show 100% dedication then you will not find yourself in that senior position for long. Perhaps I misunderstand the labour market in the gaming industry, but this is certainly true in my industry (academia)- checking in and coasting for 37.5 hours a week will not get you far.

The devs at PP never struck me as the types to work at any company that attempts to dictate their off time. I doubt pp has a say in this. That said, it's hearthstone. Blizzard is neither a competitor, exactly, nor will one person more or less make any difference in how hearthstone does.
