So in summation we, so far, seem to agree on:
Boneswarms need something, perhaps dark shroud och something else ish.
Croak Hunters need something as we don't play them, ever.
Thrullg needs something, stealth or prowl would be sweet.

Boneswarms seem to be a big aprt of the new Barnabas... If Boneswarms are changed I bet they already have a pretty good idea how...

Boneswarms have a huge amount of room for them to be very interesting pieces. They could use up bones for a whole host of effects like making a spray, triggering dark shroud, gaining 2" melee or other things. They kinda need to have a collection radius rather than just what they kill regardless.
Croak hunters are never going to be taken as free solos. Why not just make them 3 points and have them being cheap and cheerful harassment solos?
Thrullg... hmm. He has fairly good stats and his on hit ability is decent so delivery is an issue- stealth/prowl would be nice. On the other hand it would be cool if he provided Mage Static to nearby models. It's good to have a particular idea in mind when inserting solos into lists after all and anti-magic tech would be pretty cool for Minions.

I think their is a lot of call for the Swamp horror as well to be looked at - for those 2 extra points a Wrastler will be picked EVERY single time.

If the new pot solo can give boneswarms corpses that it generates itself (like the description somewhat implies), that's already going to actually make them pretty decent. Boneswarms didn't suck in Butcher's Block.

I'm a very new player but starting with Minions, and specifically Blindwater, because I love the aesthetics. Take all of this with the appropriate level of newbie caveats but here is what I would like to see: -Bone Swarms with passive corpse collection and 2 inch reach. This lets them fight near your units very profitably (focus the unit and you feed the Swarm, try to focus down the Swarm and the unit survives plus its animus is a huge boon in clumped combat) and gives them a chance to feasibly deliver on their mechanical identity of starting with below par stats and powering up through combat. I don't feel like they should have infantry threshing capability so much as friendly infantry synergy and the ability to punch above their point cost at full power. -Give Posse MAT 7 again. All my friends who played in MK 2 site this as the biggest difference in power level for them; even more impactful than losing access to pathfinder. This makes them truly elite infantry and makes them worth considering in other factions and better out of the Blindwater theme. -Croak Hunter: I have no idea when or why I would take this over Totem Hunter, particularly with free access to the latter. Blindwater is fairly saturated with solo hunting capabilities and this guy feels like the weakest option of the lot. I am totally on board with the ideas above that make him a Croak Raider UA or possibly giving him Veteran Leader: Croak -Thrullg: Give him stealth and I think he's worth the full 6 points. -Witchdoctors make me sad because I feel like they're least exciting when taken alongside other 'gators, particularly when you're in theme. I don't have a good handle on how I would change this but they just don't seem to play nicely with anything other than Bokor/Shambler units. -Spitters seem... Fine? Just largely uncompelling to me. I would like to see them live up to their Ironback name by getting an ARM buff. Really, what I think I want is a new heavy Ironback beast that's an armored melee monster with critical decap on its bite. I mean, snapping turtles are just a brilliant thematic for that and it's kinda disappointing to see them as puking artillery. -Wrastlers are brilliant. The only thing I would conceivably want is some bonus to power attacks to really deliver on their thematics. -Swamp Horrors feel the most like they need a total overhaul to me. They don't fill a satisfying mechanical or thematic niche and some of you have suggested awesome changes above. I like the idea that they're slippery but slow and excellent at tying up multiple combatants with reach. Where Wrastlers excel at 1v1ing big solo models, maybe this guy is our anti-infantry attrition beast. -Bullsnappers, as someone mentioned above, feel like they have the wrong animus. Not useful for the beast, not worth the cost on the Warlock. They're basically fury caddies and not even terribly appealing when taken for free -**Edit** So far I've been pretty baffled that Barnabus' feat is a strictly worse Kreoss1 feat. Would like to see it come paired with a round-length buff to Amphibious models in pulse. -For the theme itself, I would love to see the benefit changed to allow a maximum of one free character solo without Lesser Warlock then add Saxon Orrik, Eilish Garrity, and Lanyssa Ryssyl to the specifically named models allowed in theme. This way you can't take every premium support piece for free but get a wider variety of of them. Bonus: Totem Hunter isn't a character solo anymore so you still get him alongside one of the others. Those are my thoughts and I would love to hear what more experienced players with a more refined sense of balance think. Part of why I'm so enamored with WarmaHordes is the CID and active balance. I'm really excited to get into the game with this faction right as it's set to get CID'd and a slew of new models in the next year. Hopefully I'll be more active on these forums too

Would tweaking torpid to give a free animus cast fix the Snapper's issues? Along the lines of "if this model kills a living enemy, it may use its animus for free and then its activation immediately ends." As other have said the animus isn't valuable enough on the snapper to be worth spending fury on, but if they were able to cast it free as a reward for killing something/tradeoff for the loss of further attacks... A conditionally 13/16 16box model that damages you on hit is annoying for that cost.

Killing Screech doesn't have torpid's forced activation end which I'd be surprised if they ever removed (it is quite thematic); otherwise that's exactly what I'm thinking

Probably still wouldn't pay points for them much, but I'd certainly take more of them as free models.
