Hopefully he gets to choose between creating his little bone monsters and keeping his corpse tokens for extra strength then

I like these spoilers. Hopefully he actually sits at a high enough armour he can actually be a legitimate front line caster.

I don't think that eBarney the Chestcracked will be identical to the Child, but the Child certainly fits the role of a frontline bruiser. PP did it at least once recently

I don't care to ever play Khador, but I've always been envious of B3's game. Kromac2 amd Makeda3 are pale shadows to him.
If Barnabas2 has a comparable game in Minions, I'd be delighted. I like the shit-my-pants kind of threat B3 brings, and how he forces opponents to have a plan for him alone, and not just a Minion drop.

It's Butcher's threat range and Flashing Blade that's the killer. Vengeance + his pull everyone in spell + Flashing Blade is an enormous combo. Simply buffing up STR through corpses will not put Barnabus in his league.

If the idea is for Barnabas to be up in front murdering everything and his survivability relies on being really hard to hit as implied, I really hope they give him some form of anti-knockdown ability, be it steady or divinity (which would be fitting). Otherwise all it will take to kill him is a boosted headbut and unloading everything on him.

Simply buffing up STR through corpses will not put Barnabus in his league. Less concerned with the tech that let's him do it, just that his presence and threat is comparable. We've seen plenty spoilers, but they rarely leak all the details. There may be 1-2 things held back that completely change the way we speculate he plays.
