I think the rules are fair and relatively bland (useful for not having opponents complain, i get it.).
Wish the model looked like it could actually use those open fists though.
My thoughts: (use em or toss em. just putting this out there for you!)
-I think spd5 is more appropriate for general play.
-If you don't grant assault (as the mountain king learned) that spray is rarely going to see use. Perhaps a range 12ish aoe shot instead to poke before the engage, or possibly increase the ROF on the original spray.
-Not a fan of limiting to crit grievious. I think it is a fair assessment that if a dracodile bites you, it is grievious.
-Thematically, you can probably justify man-eater too. But then Your garg would be perhaps TOO mobile.
I've been on the other side of the pact theorycrafting a Farrow Garg, so i feel your impatience, especially as all my other friends have been playing Extreme Colossal Wrestling.

I also thought it was odd that grievous wounds was only on critical. The thing is massive haha.

The bite should have consume

The bite should have consume Consume is traditionally small base only. Grievious is good into everything.

And Consume, with Snacking, is redundant. I'd rather have snacking on all melee attacks than Consume on the bite.
I understand the idea behind Grievous Wounds, but I needed to be careful with special abilities. Critical Grievous Wounds (which is on the Desert Hydra, by the way) allows me access to the ability without it being overpowering. As it is, he has one ranged attack and three initial melee attacks - which ties him with the most of any Gargantuan besides the Hydra - and two very good combat abilities - Aggressive (letting him run/charge for free is pretty big) and Snacking (RFP living models and healing d3 damage is also big). His ranged attack is fairly significant (and I didn't want to do Assault because that seems overkill, though I am still considering it - needs more playtesting) and he is tied for the highest RAT among all Gargantuans. His animus is also helpful to both himself and his warlock. If I add any more abilities (like removing Critical from Grievous Wounds), I would have to seriously increase his points cost and then he becomes a no-include because of being too expensive.
Playtesting will start on Saturday (I finally have the model assembled and painted - ready to go) so game experience will be coming.

Ok looking at this again. Since its a spray the rat prob needs to go down one. I would compare him to the mountain king to see how he stacks up. Prob remove the damage type on the spray just someone can't randomly ignore your 38 point models ability.
Still think he needs assault. He will need pathfinder as well.
What makes him any differnt from the current gargaantuans? You should try to find a niche for it.

I would agree, just give it grevious wounds and be done with it, its not overpowering to have it all the time, especially as its just on the bite, and crit effects are just terrible in all honesty

I think you can gain some insights from comparison with Archangel. Same MAT 6 RAT 6, identical mele initials with consume on bite, ROF d3+1 aoe 3 pow 14 gun. Worse defensive stats (DEF 11 ARM 18) but much faster. Archangel is nice but far from OP, and dies easy to guns.
Overall he seems fine. I'm not aware of faction buffs to much but SPD 5 and assault would be nice for him, maybe at cost of point of RAT or spray POW.
