Is it possible to choose a frenzy target that is not in the warbeasts LoS? Such as a Haley behind a cloud?

No, with Frenzy you have to charge the closest model in your LoS. The Doc's feat only allows you to choose the target, instead of going for the closest one. It still has to be a valid charge.

So, it was pointed out to me that the Mk3 Frenzy rules changed in a way that I hadn't noticed, namely that the charge from Frenzy must be Directly towards the frenzy target, and cannot stop until contact (defined as base to base) is made with the model (or you run out of movement or contact another model in the way).
I find that this means if I run a model to be a beacon for Arkadius' feat I end up with all my beasts clumping awkwardly in one spot regardless of how I try and angle them out. In Mk2 the beasts could charge to either side of the beacon model which spread them out more to prepare for their next activation.
How is everyone dealing with this?

Multiple Beacons. Feralgeists are perfect if you can find the points. Gobber Chefs if you can't.
