Does anyone have tips on how to obtain 13 Galvanizers without breaking the bank? Is it fair to buy potentially cheaper/used Diffusers/Mitigator kits and then try to find buzz saw arms that are not PP bits?

Unfortunately most spam lists demand the breaking of said bank. If you want to bait a nerf you gotta put in the dough.

I guess i can proxy in friendly games to see if its something i want to invest in. Just seems a shame we can't buy just the arms from a bits store or PP itself.

I've been browsing barter town for used mitigator/galvanizer/diffuser. The only difference is the buzz saw. The rules for conversion are that the model itself needs to be 50% privateer parts and have all the corresponding weapons matching. If you can find some buzz saws, or somehow make your own, then you could probably make the case for the model.

I used the "Mechanical CCW Arms" from Kromlech - fits perfectly. I then magnetised the mitigators and diffusers guns I already had. I can now run 6 galvanizer or any combination with 2 each of lights available
I also used the mechanical arms to give the galvanizers more individuality.
I'll add galvnizers as and when any bargain come up on fleabay but no rush at all!

Anyone know of a good tactica on galvanizer spam? Just got my 10th one and figured I'd do my reasearch before playing if possible.

I'd hold off til the new SR rules hit. Galvinzer spam may have trouble competing in the new tourney environment

So in a 75 point match with Axis you could spam a theoretical 21 Galvanizers and in theme get a bunch of servitors too. Is it worth it?

Does Galvanizer-spam still work in SR2017? Anyone got some first Hand experience?
Some of the CID-Reports suggests that win on deathclock is (besides casterkill) often the wincondition. Maybe Lucant with a flock of galvanizier is the way to go in SR2017?

Lucant with Galvanizers, TEP(s) and Inverter(s) in Destruction Initiative will be amazing in SR2017. Lucant will very likely return to the ADR giving even greater flexibility in Masters events.

Galvanizers should still be fine in SR2017 especially with Axis. It takes forever to kill 13 of them and with a hard round limit of 7 plus deathclock it should be possible to get a fair number of wins just using CPs as tiebreakers due in large part to Bulldoze.
