So going to post my grymkin models here as I paint them. Thanks to being a limited faction, I actually think I may be able to fully paint this army, unlike my Menoth, which is about 60% painted, or Retribution, which is 10% painted. Due to an issue with the order, (LGS doesn't stock warmachine, everything has to be ordered), only have the Child right now (despite having pre-ordered everything TWO FREAKING MONTHS AGO!). But lots of fun stuff should be coming this week. Specifically the Death Knell, Crabbits, and Army box. Anywho, general plan is to go with a grey/purple scheme. This is due almost entirely to the Hollowmen, who I think look really cool with grey skin and purple eyes, and wanted to carry that through the entire army. the Child. I expect I will use a grey somewhat in between Dolly's skin and Dolly's fur for most units, but the Cage Rager will probably have the same skin color. Let me know what you think/any suggestions. (fun fact: by my mental count, there's about 14 different color paints on this one model. Take that, GW "3-paint standard"!)

Purple dungarees always work!
Keep up the good work!

Cool, purple is a great choice for something meant to be surreal or dream-like, and the dark greys/blacks will keep it looking nightmarish and sinister.

YAY new models! Still waiting on the Army Box, but at least I got my Crabbits & Death Knell in. Apologies for "meh" pics, I don't have a set up for picture taking. Crabbit #1 (having different schemes of grey/purple for each crabbit, so that once I have a bunch I can tell them apart. Next two will be the inverse of these, with purple skin and grey details). Crabbit #2 Death Knell

The crabbits look good, though I'm not sure the "inverse" paint scheme will work as well.
I really like the little pig dude with the trumpet, that's just a perfect shade of pink.
